The Acacia trees in Kiskunság bloom early, and just as their season ends, the bloom begins in Nógrád, amidst the breathtaking valleys and towering peaks of the western Carpathian Mountains.

Acacia honey has a relatively low glycaemic index, therefore it is more suited for those who can be sensitive to sugar for different reasons.
