What a frustrating experience! Speed, weight, functionality. In all honesty, it functions worse than a £300 laptop I have. Applications stop working, internet connectivity is terrible on it, wireless devices cut out or lag big time, and even worse is the start-up of the device... takes more than 30 seconds. Again, a £300 laptop starts up in 10 seconds compared to what's been dubbed as the best laptop to buy in 2024. Truly disappointing.

Laptop failed less 9 months in, started to do strange things in windows files not showing , folders empty, tried a reset and just crashed out.
