They’re very stretchy, I don’t know if that’s good or bad, but it worked well for my purpose (putting on feet to prevent cuts from sandals). They stick pretty well and don’t leave residue usually. Happy overall.

I’ve been in so much pain, once applied on my wrist my pain eased giving me support. In terms of stickiness you are okay for a couple of days but when you shower you will see the tape, start to lift.

Grandson uses this for his soccer games and doesn’t like to let it on after the game so this brand helps relieve the pain but doesn’t break the bank!
Great Physio Tape
I ordered this Physio Tape because it was way cheaper than the name brand. I have used about half a roll so far and it works great. I find it seems to be stickier than the name brand, twice I've taped my calf and used it for two days each time no corners were peeling up at all. I probably could have gone at least one more day each time as after the two days I had to rip it off and it was still completely stuck on. I also have fairly sensitive skin and had no reaction to the tape at all. The only negative that I can note is that I had a little bit of adhisive residue around where the edges of the tape were but for me that was the only negative I could note. For me I would say that it is better than the name brand. I highly recommend this tape!

Love them the only thing is I made the mistake wearing them with my rubber Birkenstock, the tape got stuck inside the shoes extremely hard to remove

Great hold and less pain on my knee joint plus I can wear them for 3 to 4 days before changing the tape

I have a bad knee and KT tape really helps. I tried these because they're a much cheaper option. Works decently but the adhesive isn't as strong as real KT tape. Not bad, but not as good as the original.
