Bag sent measures 16.5" in both width and height when wheels fitted, not 16.5" in heigh and 12" in width as shown. Doesn't even look like the item in the photo.

Great ease of use
Only assembly is the wheels. Took me a moment to figure out I needed to press a button on the ‘leg’ slip the wheel in and stop pressing the button so the wheel latched.Used it today for the first time on the subway and it worked really wellLots of space for my laptop lunch bag shoes etc

Ponhop Rolling Laptop Bag is perfect. I wanted something small to store files tablet etc. to take with friend to chemo therapy and doctor’s visits. There are plenty of compartments, it rolls smoothly and can also be used as an overnight bag. It looks classy too. I predict others will be asking where I bought it.One thing to note is the first large section is not large enough for a folder, but will hold 8 1/2 X 11” papers. My files stood up nicely in the main section.
