(function() { P.when('cr-A', 'ready').execute(function(A) { if(typeof A.toggleExpanderAriaLabel === 'function') { A.toggleExpanderAriaLabel('review_text_read_more', 'Read more of this review', 'Read less of this review'); } }); })(); .review-text-read-more-expander:focus-visible { outline: 2px solid #2162a1; outline-offset: 2px; border-radius: 5px; } I have probably had about 20+ extension strips over the years, some have been shocking, thin plastic, bad plug contacts, awful switches etc, but this one is THE best I have ever seen/used.Firstly it is really well made, and you also have the choice of either 3, 4 or 5 way - I needed the 5-way.For ME, and socket MUST BE SWITCHED, there is no exception to this rule, as I actually lost a friend many years ago who got electrocuted when he pulled an electric fire plug out of an unswitched socket... if it had been switched and he had switched the socket off first, he would still be here.The switches on this strip are really solid with a nice action and they have a good reassuring 'click' when being operated.There is also 'Surge Protection' too on this, something else I like to see, as it can prevent damage to devices such as TV's etc.Both the plug and where the mains cable goes into the socket are well supported, no chance to the wires coming out to expose individual wires, as might happen with cheaper types.A nice touch that I haven't seen before is that the switches are also colour coded, just a nice feature to see.A little safety warning about ANY extension socket, is to make sure you don't exceed the 13A limit with what you have plugged into it, and things like kettles, irons, washing machines, fridges and hair dryers etc should never be plugged into extensions, and I personally like to limit the maximum load to no more than 5 Amps myself, a little over cautious I admit.For the price I personally think it is good value for money, especially given the quality.. gets 5 stars from me all day long - great product !

I really like this as it has easily identifiable switches and a reasonably long cable. I like the fact it has surge protection and it seems well built.

This four plug feels sturdy and the switches give a nice click when switched on or off, well worth the money .

Better quality than most extension leads. Power indication for each switch and individual colours for the switches a nice touch. I wanted an extension where I could tell users which switch to turn on and being able to say red switch or yellow switch made it easy and error free.

perfect for my streaming set up as needed multiple sockets and I have access to turn off what I don’t need at the time and the lead is long enough
