Laut Info gibt es 3 verschiedene Stärken (10,20 und 30 lbs).Habe 2 mal 10 lbs erhalten und einmal 20 lbs.Kundenservice kontaktiert. Ansonsten gut, die Stärken für mich nur zu schwach.
Great workout without gym equipment
This actually worked great for me, I took it with me during my trip and it was challenging, felt like a great workout despite not having all the gym equipment

You want a work out ????? It’s right here!!!! Cause don’t be me and try to be a big girl and do the heaviest one 😭I deff won’t be doing that again that work out was intense! The colors are super cute I got the pink they are resistant and stretchy the size is perfect honestly everything about this product is 10/10 deff worth the price

Loooove this set!!! I wasn’t sure if it would do the trick or if it would be cheap and for the price I am extremely happy. It’s exactly what I needed and was looking for and it works very well. It is well-made and the ankle straps go around your ankles nicely. It is adjustable the clips work well and there was a nice variety of weights. For the price, I would highly recommend this item. I couldn’t have asked for more def recommend 💯!!!
