Installed a fresh nozzle after a clog and it damaged the buildplate. Would have taken it up with seller, but no place to contact for support.

Das Drucker Ersatzteil kam sehr gut verpackt und etwas verspätet an. Ich war dermaßen überrascht, dass eine 0,4mm Düse mit geliefert wurde, das Teil war mehr als komplett wie angegeben. Doch die Freude hielt nicht lange an, denn die Düse war gebrochen. Trotz dem behalte ich den Druckknopf, ich habe ihn ausprobiert und er funktioniert einwandfrei. Darum gebe ich trotzdem 5 Sterne, weil ich mit der Düse nicht gerechnet habe und ansonsten alles funktioniert . Der Preis war auch der Hammer.

I didn’t know what to expect from this item since I was new to 3D printing, but if you have a little brain and forethought this nozzle is perfect for those fine detail prints. There’s not much to say since it’s a 3D printing nozzle, just don’t mess up the settings when slicing the object, make sure you’re using the right settings for the right nozzle and you’re golden.
