The media could not be loaded. This is an awesome little robot hoover. It maps the floor rapidly, it does a great job, within 1 day we’re firm fans having been sceptical if we needed one before (I bought this impulsively on a good deal) lol and it seems a great move.The app is great and easy to use, I have setup zones for daily a scheduled cleaning, excluded a couple of places, setup routines for Alexa so we can ask for a cleanup up on demand.Also, this device can map 3 floor plans from the same base, so I have the upstairs mapped already and it has been hoovered saving time and effort.I’m a fan of Tapo equipment, I’ve got a lot of their plugs and bulbs, they work well, the app is good, Alexa integrated is flawless.Oh, we have a mix of Lino, carpet, rugs and it copes with it all, it detects carpet and ups the boost for a great clean.

I’ve wanted a ‘Bob’ for a few years but the good ones are expensive and the cheap ones are terrible. I saw this on offer so went for it.Firstly, delivery was quicker than stated so happy with that.Set up took no time. It’s a simple case of plugging in the docking station in the right place, downloading the app (we already have Tapo devices so it is easily added) and just adding the robot. Let it do its thing mapping out the house then set what you want it to do, at what time and how often.I have a dog that sheds a lot and really thought this wouldn’t be up to the task.How wrong I was. It isn’t powerful but lifts clumps of hair from wooden floors easily. My rug is much cleaner too. The rug is very short pile so I can’t comment on how good it would be on carpet.To do my entire ground floor takes about an hour but it’s an hour but it goes over it twice and lifts so much dirt.The self empty function is fantastic (very noisy) and saves a load of hassle.I can see Bob becoming a lived member of my family quite quickly.

The good part is that I like this vacuum so far. It has good battery life and does a decent job at cleaning. I haven’t tried the mopping feature yet, but it looks good in black. The self-emptying function also works well.However, there’s a major oversight when it comes to setting up and cleaning more than one floor. You can map up to three floors, but you’ll need to move the dock at the same time. So, if you want to quickly clean another floor, you can’t just take the vacuum. Once it’s finished cleaning, it will wobble for 15 minutes trying to find the dock on another floor, bumping into walls and getting confused. The only option then is to manually stop the cleaning. This is a huge oversight, and it’s a shame that the engineering team won’t be fixing this issue. The Tapo forum also suggests that this problem won’t be resolved.Edit: once you’ve mapped another floor, you don’t need the move the dock obviously. You can vacuum another floor but it will get confused and just say “can’t find dock” once it’s finished as the dock is locator on another floor.

Great product, when you want to hoover remove mop pad and will hoover the room you want & carpets. Put pad back on and will hoover and mop but won’t go onto rugs or carpet areas.Very quite and app easy to use.Can schedule but personally don’t use that option. Emptied into the bin and recharges quickly. Great for price

Love this hoover. After you get used to the app. It's a breeze. My carpets and hard floor always look spotless, it's not often I have to clean up behind it. I do wish the mopping function was a little better, like self cleaning etc, but at the price you can't complain. The suction is very good. Map is pretty good, there is a quiet setting, however I haven't used it, I have 4 dogs so I need it on turbo, which is louder.

Why did you choose this product over others?:Tapo was a name that I'd previously heard of, and have used TP-Link in the pastBattery life:Excellent, plenty of power for 2-3 passes of 4 large rooms and hallwayProduct quality:Excellent build quality, feels solidDesign:Aesthetics are great, the dust collection bin and charging base is smaller dimensions than other models I looked at but hold the same volume.Overall I'm very pleased with the item given the price paid. It was very easy to set up, and it scanned my whole ground floor in about 20 mins. Once completed, you can adjust the map with carpeted areas (so they don't get mopped) and no go zones (areas where my previous vac would get stuck)It's such a nice feeling to come in to the house to a clean, mopped floor. Really would recommend this product.

In theory, this could be an incredible addition to any home. When it works, it works brilliantly—vacuuming and mopping efficiently with minimal effort required.However, in practice, the experience has been frustrating. The mapping and sensor systems frequently glitch, causing the device to either return prematurely to the docking station or struggle to locate it altogether.It has not worked 90% of the time and we've spent countless hours with support resetting the unit, moving the dock, cleaning the sensors etc.I’m hopeful we may have just received a faulty unit, so I’m ordering a replacement to see if the issues persist.

The media could not be loaded. This is a fantastic robot vacuum and a big upgrade from our old EZVIZ RE4 Plus, which we returned after it broke. The Tapo is far more reliable, rarely gets stuck, and doesn't constantly send "I'm stuck" notifications — we can just leave it to get on with the job.It also ties in perfectly with our other Tapo products through the same app, which is really convenient.Although it has a mopping function, we don’t use it — we suspect it wouldn’t do a thorough job, so we think a dedicated robot mop would be a better choice for that task.Overall, very pleased with it. Solid build, works well, and does exactly what we need from a robot vacuum.

Ich habe vor Kurzem den Tapo RV30 Plus Max Saugroboter gekauft und bin sehr zufrieden mit dem Kauf. Zuerst möchte ich mich bei Bolo für den hervorragenden Service bedanken – die Lieferung war schnell, die Verpackung sicher und alles kam in einwandfreiem Zustand an.Was den Saugroboter angeht – für diesen Preis ist er wirklich gut. Er meistert die tägliche Reinigung problemlos, navigiert zuverlässig durch die Wohnung und hat genug Saugkraft, selbst für Teppiche. Besonders praktisch ist die automatische Absaugstation – ein großer Vorteil, wenn man sich nicht ständig um die Entleerung des Behälters kümmern möchte.Insgesamt kann ich diesen Saugroboter definitiv empfehlen für alle, die eine verlässliche und preiswerte Lösung für die automatische Reinigung suchen. Der Preis ist gerechtfertigt, die Funktionen sind überzeugend, und das Gerät arbeitet zuverlässig.

Très bon produit. A bien cartographié mon appartement. Peut aspirer des débris comme des M&MS ou des pâtes. Usage pour le quotidien. L'application permet de déclenché à distance, plusieurs profils peuvent être crée, peut aspirer simple une zone si l'on veut. Choix du nombre de passages, des la puissance et du lavage.Je recommande.

The media could not be loaded. Llevo unos cuantos días utilizándola diario. Mantiene el piso muy limpio, sí es recomendable hacer una limpieza profunda (propia) antes de instalar el robot. Pero aseguro mantendrá esa misma limpieza.Incluso en alfombra medianamente gruesa no tuvo problema.Mi único problema es que carga aproximadamente 3 horas de 20% a 100%Y la autonomía es no tan larga considerando los M2 de habitación, de ahí en fuera un buen producto, lo recomiendo, lo compraría de nuevo. Espero sirva.Daré seguimiento al rendimiento de batería:)

Assolutamente fantastico ,ha tutte le funzioni che si possano immaginare . Io ero titubante nonostante le recensioni positive , ma mi sono ricreduta subito. 3 un valido aiuto , certo nn sostituisce le grandi pulizie ma al posto di passare io l aspirapolvere fa lui tutto da solo . Ho un cane e un gatto in casa e i pavimenti sono sempre puliti . Anche io sistema lavaggio e comodo per tenere i pavimenti rinfrescati , togliere clqualvhe macchiolina o qualche pedata. Lo consiglio vivamente anche perché si può decidere quanto deve aspirare quante volte dove si e dove no ha modalità tappeti ,e tanto tanto altro tutto comodamente dall app e adesso ha anche la voce in italiano
