I'm currently suffering from a pinched nerve in my back and have some painful tension around the rhomboid muscle, which can be crippling at times. The muscles in my back get so tight and restrictive that I feel like I have to turn my entire torso to look in any direction. My physio therapist gave me exercises to do, and while they do work, they take time, and exercising when in pain is a challenge, even if it’s necessary for recovery.I had seen quite a few physio therapy videos on YouTube recommending these massage balls for the back but had never tried them. I'd always opted for tennis balls, which were often too soft to be effective. These massage balls are incredible! They are made from plastic but are free from PAH and phthalates, which is always reassuring. The quality is excellent, and they feel tough and durable, perfect for rigorous use.The set comes with a nice storage net bag, which is actually really useful. You can put them away and hang them up, keeping them tidy and ready for the next use. The different sizes in the set really allow you to target specific areas of the body that are experiencing muscle stiffness and discomfort. With these balls, I've been able to release tension from the tight and tense muscles in my back while increasing blood circulation to the area.Because of their size, they're able to get into areas between the shoulder blades that foam rollers and other massagers can't reach. They are very hard, and they certainly take some getting used to, but they really work if you stick with them. I recommend experimenting with the different sizes first to find one that works with your pain tolerance. These give me almost immediate relief when I’m particularly tight and have made a noticeable difference to my entire back after 1-2 weeks of daily use.The only downside is that they are made of hard plastic, which can make them tricky to use against a wall as they slide around or leave marks. I prefer using them against an exercise mat on the floor. Despite daily use since March, they still look brand new and hold their shape perfectly. I couldn't be happier with my purchase and highly recommend them to anyone experiencing muscle tightness in the shoulders, back, and neck.Thank you for taking the time to read my review. I've been dealing with plantar fasciitis and recently started using two massage balls for exercises—one of them being a spiky ball. Amazingly, within just a week, I noticed significant improvement! The pain is almost completely gone now. I highly recommend this method, especially using the spiky ball.

Since it’s a round ball and if you are trying to use it on your own it’s a bit difficult. I find the murelin one better which has a ball and a flat surface easier to apply pressure too. Wouldn’t recommend this.

La pallina, usata con i giusti movimenti, è ideale per alleviare tensioni muscolari, tendiniti o fasciti plantari.La palla è poco più grande di una pallina da tennis, rigida e con superficie leggermente gommata che evita che scivoli sul pavimento quando ci si preme sopra col piede. Si può lavare senza problemi.So bene che quello che conta di più sia la pallina (che funziona bene) ma desidero spendere due parole anche per il packaging che trovo poco curato e pieno di materiale inutile.Nella confezione sono incluse istruzioni per degli esercizi di base, purtroppo scritte solo in inglese e con carattere molto piccolo, davvero poco leggibile.E' presente un altro foglio questa volta scritto solo in tedesco con un QR code che una volta scansionato rimanda alle pagine social di Result Sport, tra cui il canale con i video tutorial ma di cui nessuno relativo all'utilizzo di questa pallina (magari li caricheranno in seguito).E' inoltre presente un foglio contenente tre adesivi con il logo di Result Sport che mi lascia un po' perplesso: difatti non capisco perché debbano produrre materiale del genere e perché mai dovrei voler attaccare degli adesivi simili da qualche parte (sull'auto? Sull'armadietto?)... potrei capire se si trattasse di una marca blasonata, ma non essendo questo il caso, per me si tratta solo di plastica in eccesso che contribuisce ad inquinare il pianeta.C'è anche un opuscolo pieghevole con le solite avvertenze scritto in tutte le lingue. Anche qui, testo poco leggibile per via della scelta dei colori (testo nero su fondo rosso). In più la carta è plastificata e sinceramente non ne vedo il motivo, non trattandosi di materiale che verrà conservato.

Try A Paint Roller on Your Calf If You Have Plantar's Fasciitis (more)

I will be reviewing these balls after using them for a week or so. In the mean time, check this out.If you have plantar's fasciitis try this to relieve the pain. Buy a 6 inch foam paint roller handle and a foam roller to go on it. Buy a two foot extension handle. Screw the extension handle into the paint roller handle. Stand at the corner or your bed. Place your knee on the bed and drape your foot over the edge of the bed so your toes are pointing to the floor. Relax your calf muscle foot and achilles tendon. Use the paint roller on your calf and back leg all the way to your heel. Push firmly back and forth provided it doesn't hurt. This will loosen and lengthen your 'leg internals'. I do this for a couple minutes and get instant relief when I walk. I'm no doctor but I'm guessing by lengthening and relaxing my lower back leg it reduces the tension on the fascia ligament which might give the heel a better chance to heal.
