So pre workout taste amazing 🤩 however it got something like 50 calories per serving so for me that is 100 calories cos I double dosage on them . Not ideal when I go fasted to the gym consuming 100 kcal just from pre workout.I do give you kick when I double on dosage , personally I won’t be buying it again due high calorie content

We’ve tried a lot of pre workouts without créatine and this one is the first one that tastes really good !! Gives a good boost as well

Taste: best way to describe is fizzy cherry.Mix: dilutes well, doesn't leave any grainy bits at the bottom.Ingredients: Evidence based dose, you do only need 1 scoop.Price: I got this at £20 a bag, so £1 per serving. Typical price for a premium brand.Packaging: The only bad thing about this product. The opening to the bag is too small, each time I scoop I get powder all over my hands and the corners of the bag hold powder you can't scoop. I'd recommend emptying the bag into a small tub that you have that almost every other brand uses, makes it much much easier. Grenade need to change to a plastic (recyclable) tub.

Why did you choose this product over others?:Tried this for the first time and wow—it hits like a freight train. Within 20 minutes I felt the tingles from the beta-alanine and was dialed in for my workout. Energy levels were through the roof, and I crushed my session with way more focus and intensity than usual.Flavour-wise, I had the cherry and berry, which was surprisingly decent—no weird aftertaste and mixed well with water.Only downside: it might be too strong for beginners or anyone sensitive to caffeine. I’d also recommend starting with half a scoop if you’re unsure—this stuff is potent.Overall, if you're looking for a serious pre-workout with a proper kick, Grenade delivers.

I have been using grenade . 50 cal for 10 years. In that time there have been two formula changes and the product quality diminishes each time. This, third grenade pre workout is just powdered squash with caffeine. Most .50 cal ingredients are removed (even creatine). It’s pretty bad.The branding is fantastic in a way that the brand really knows how to do. Appeals to both sexes etc. unfortunately if you have male shaped hands, you will struggle to get your hand in to scoop inside the small bag opening. There’s also a teabag sized silica packet inside to add to increased frustration. I decanted mine into an old .50 cal pot.I bought 4 bags and have toughed it out through one by stacking gorilla mode nitric to it but the other three will go to the bin. I tried taking this one afternoon at work as a pick me up but it’s not even effective for that.Tragically it’s a truly dreadful product, I really wish it wasn’t but I’m completely done with grenade supplements now after this.They used to be soooooo good but they have now released products trading on their good name that are just sub par.

This is not my normal brand but thought I would try it while on sale as I do really enjoy their protein drinks.I have only has one serving and an extremely disappointed. It tastes very strongly of chemicals and i had to down it in one go as it made me feel sick. I don't think I will be having it again.
