Nice taste. Used alongside gels. Got myself a PB and didn't hit the dreaded wall ๐๐. So there a win win for me . Also didn't have any cramp issues this time.

It can fit anywhere on your person or in a pocket.Does taste a little of salt occasionally, but the lemon and lime taste is also present.I didn't take these until well into my journey of 24 miles, and my legs were starting to feel the long distance. Taking these alleviated some of the symptoms so this product feels like they workedCon'sThe amount you have, and the amount recommended to take, means you'll get through these in one to two days, which can make them feel a little expensiveConclusionI don't think these are the answer to what I'd take with me when long distance hiking, but if these were the only thing available in the shop, I'd buy them without worrying about it. They really do work, I just think there are more cost effective options
