All round outstanding creatine!Great packaging, very high quality product.Nice little boost of energy and faster recovery time. No taste so perfect to mix with anything you want really!Big 300g bag and probably the best price on Bolo for the amount.Highly recommend!!!

Good price, has a bit of a salty after taste but it mixes well with squash and it’s absolutely fine. I’ve only been taking it for a week but it seems to have helped my endurance in the gym already.

Used a fair few types but this one is actually good , no taste but if you want to add it to say orange squash just to make it easier to drink then go for it , mixes extremely well but does settle to the bottom if left . For the price tho it’s great and you do get a scoop inside the bag so two of them gets you the 5mg

I've used a number of different creatine options but this is particularly messy. Lose some of the product on just trying to initially open it, because of the packet design and the seal on it to re-seal is pretty worthless so need to use a bag clip. Amount of powder seems double what other products offer.

ive tried 5 different companies on Bolo for creatine this is by far the best considering the cost.its cheap, doesnt have a flavour, doesnt go bad like some other brands (Bulk) and develop a fishy scent, it desolves well, increases my water retention, i take around 10-15g a day since im larger (yes this is completely safe even though the recommended dose is 5g but thats the minimum for a smaller person), there is a noticeable increase in sharpness and memory recall on days i had poor sleep compared to when i dont take creatine, and the packaging - specifically the seal to close the packaging is unique and a lot better than literally every other creatine packaging ive ever used.
