Very gentle on the stomach. I felt the difference once I started to follow the instruction on how to take it. First I took it for 2 weeks on empty stomach first thing in the morning, surprisingly did not work and that's when I realised I meant to take it with food. A few days later I started to notice all the positive benefits and daily regular bowel movements. After one months of taking it, I dont see any negative affect on my hormons. I can only recommend this probiotic.

These probiotics work very well and have replaced my more expensive probiotics, and I see no difference between them. They go down very smoothly when you swallow. Digestion has been very good. Will purchase again.

The packaging was clear for dosage instructions. The capsules were not too large and easily swallowed and digested. The benefits were felt within a few days, and I noticed the difference when I ran out. This product offered good value for money and did all it said it would do.

My digestion has been good since taking these probiotics but I have only taken them for a month so it’s a little hard to say for sure if it’s definitely the probiotics. Will continue taking though as they are a good price and high CFU.

You notice the difference in using this product to others marketed to women. I'm over 40, and need a good strength for women only, I find they are the only ones that work for my body, and this really helps keeping my gut and hormones balanced. I've only found products like this in the US, so happy to find it in UK.

I received the Probiotics well packaged, and on time. I like this particular Probiotics because it has a powerful CFU/capsule, and a great range of strains, including Prebiotics as well which is important for the probiotics itself to be fed. I already noticed some improvement regarding digestive health and women's health. I have tried many Probiotics already, but so far I like this one the best.

Ich habe mir die Probiotika für Frauen bestellt, da wir nie genug gute Darm Bakterien haben können. Gerade nach Antibiotika-Einnahme sollte man 3 Monate lang Probiotika nehmen um die Dsrmflora wieder aufzubauen.Und Cranberry ist immer gur für die Blase, da es D-Mannose enthält.Die Dose mit den 60 Kapseln ist relativ klein und passt daher in jede Handtasche.Die Einnahme steht direkt auf der Dose. Dann muss man sich nichts merken und kann die Dose ohne Karton aufbewahren.Das Frischesiegel hat keine Lasche und ist sehr fest. Ich könnte es erst mit einer Schere öffnen.Einmal diese Hürde geschafft, hat man Kapseln in einer normalen Größe ohne Geruch.Die Kapseln lassen sich leicht schlucken.Die Verzehrsemofehlung: 2 Kapseln täglich mit ausreichend Nahrung und Flüssigkeit.Auch wenn die Bakterien resistent gegen Magensaft sind, nehme ich sie morgens auf nüchternen Magen, damit sie nicht mit dem Essen gemeinsam den Darm passieren.Bei Nahrungsergänzungsmitteln ist die Wirkung immer schlecht zu messen und zu beurteilen.Ich kann nur sagen, dass ich keine Nebenwirkungen wie Übelkeit, Aufstoßen oder ähnliches spüre.Preis-Leistung: über 20€ für 1 Monat ist relativ viel, allerdings zählt man für gute Probiotika viel und es sind 12 Stämme im Produkt.
