Update : after writing the review below, I was contacted by the company and offered a replacement which I happily accepted, as the soap itself is lovely and the bottles do look very stylish. They have bent over backwards to help sort out the broken pump, and couldn't have done any more IMO. So I am very happy again with the product and company. I would be very happy to buy from them again, and will because I love the soap!I initially loved this - the soap dissolves well and foams up really nicely. The scents are lovely (although some are very faint). The packaging is sustainable. So initially I was happy to forgive and live with the brown covering on the bottles getting a little scratched up with minimal provocation. HOWEVER, after pretty much exactly 3 months, the pump on one of the bottles has stopped working, making the whole unit unusable. So not so sustainable and eco-friendly after all. I've no idea if I can source another pump to fit the bottle. So all in all, a rather expensive and not so sustainable or eco-friendly waste of money.

On first inspection this set is very nice, the box & presentation is beautiful BUT as soon as I took one of the bottles out from the box I could feel it was covered in a very fine white powder which wouldn’t have been a problem as it would wash off until I saw that the black/brown coating on both bottles was coming off as you can see in the pictures. These are going straight back, if they look like this straight out the box then what are they going to be like after just a little daily use!!I got these half price @ £9.99 which I thought was a great deal but when they’re sending these out in this state then what’s the point, or are they reduced because of this flaw? That’s a question I’d really like to know the answer to!!In my opinion I wouldn’t recommend buying these whatsoever & i’ll be looking for another brand.

As a lot of the reviews say, the pumps both arrived broken which was disappointing but I got in touch with the supplier and they sent replacement parts for free and fast... (They say on their site they will do this even if they fail after a while, worth having a look, the price was the same as on Bolo too). So it's worth giving them a go if you're thinking about it! The soap is lovely, scented nicely, soft, cleans well, and lasts too despite two kids who insist on using loads of bubbles with each handwash! I'm glad I bought it, the bottles are lovely, easy to clean, so far we're about 2 months in and I'm very glad we made the swap.

Really love the product, but it’s clearly let down by a manufacturing issue.When the pump works, it’s great. I get perfect foam, the fragrance is gorgeous and the soap doesn’t dry out my hands.The dispenser itself looks great; the bottle and base are great quality, and with the choice of colours makes it easy to find a match for your bathroom/kitchen.Unfortunately, as many other reviews state, the pump, the most important part, is where it gets let down. The pump head started “sticking” after a few weeks; to make it work I had to keep lifting it up. Eventually I got irritated by this and swapped it for the other one in the pack. It’s been about a week and this now is beginning to stick.Really disappointed and will have to change back to my previous Neat dispenser.

I really like the design of the bottles, they are pretty and the bottom cover makes them non-slip and feels good to use on ceramic or glass surfaces. I also like that the bottom covers come off so everything can be kept nice and clean.Sadly, that is pretty much the only nice thing I have to say about this product. The pump heads started getting stuck after just a few weeks and even though we still use them, it annoys me that I have to pull the head back up after every use.As much as I love the premise of the "dry" soap, this product just doesn't work. It comes out nice and foamy, but doesn't clean, because it's not soapy - it just feels like bubbly water. There is no discernible scent to it either. I now use the pump bottles with a mixture of liquid soap and water, and the difference is effectiveness is huge.

I have only had these a week so it is too early to comment on their durability. If I remember, then I will revisit this review in a couple of months time.Positive: The bottles and soap tabs are sent in 100% cardboard and paper packaging, thumbs up for the environment. The bottles are solid and the rubber cup on the bottom of the bottle prevents any accidents with glass sliding on ceramic. The pump creates a good volume of foam with each press.Negative: The foam does not feel very soapy and lacks substance. Yes, I know that foam is mostly water, but compared to liquid soap mixed with water in the same bottle, this feels lacking. I find myself using 2 squirts instead of one, and I wonder about the effectiveness of this soap.Update.I have used these for several months now and they are as good as when I first used them. I like to use my favourite liquid soap mixed at a 1-5 soap to water ratio. This gives a good head of foam, lasts a very long time and is perfumed to my liking.I've upped the rating from three to four stars.

I was looking for something more environmentally-friendly, instead of the constant bottles of handwash I was buying, and saw this. There were a few mixed reviews, but I decided to give it a try and managed to get a set of two bottles and 8 of the soap tablets for a really good price and I'm really pleased with them. They arrived in perfect condition, you fill the bottle with warm water, drop in a soap tablet until it dissolves to get lovely soapy foam. The soap smells lovely and is not overpowering and any problems can usually be resolved by running the pump under running water, but mine have been fine. The bottles are amber, with silicone base and look good in my toilet and bathroom and the amount of plastic I'm saving makes me really happy. Definitely recommend.
Poor quality soap dispensers
The coating has started to come off the 1 bottle and the pump also does not return back up after it has been pressed
