(Amended) Initially I thought these had been a wasted purchase as I couldn't keep them in place in my footwear and I was seeing no improvement in my foot pain. However, over the last few days I've been using them in some different, more arch supportive footwear and I think they've contributed to the easing of my pain. They give my feet the extra bit of lift that the arch support shoes alone don't provide.

I have plantar fasciitis so needed soft heel supports, You also need broader shoes to help the fasciitis.These cushion pads are soft enough to help the heel pain, but the instep end is narrow and tended to move about and curl over in broader shoes

I wear size 8 shoes and ordered the size 8 to 11 pads. The pads are very small both in width and length. In my shoes there is a gap on both sides of the pad. With the shoes on, it appears that the sides of the pad compress and help fill the gap. However as the gap will be greater, the larger the shoe size, this will not be as effective.The pads are supplied as a matching pair i.e. there is no right or left foot. Being short, the pads do not extend far into the shoe. The end of the pad is a straight edge without contouring. This lack of contouring coupled with the shortness means there is no support for the arch of the foot.I hope you found this review useful.If you have a question, I always try to respond when Bolo forwards them to me.

These were to relieve heel pain I have been suffering with recently whilst running. They were easy to insert into my running trainers and they fitted well initially They were comfortable to start off with but started to move around during my longer runs. I would recommend these for walking but nor for running
