I bought these to try the strength, but they were too much for my taste, and I found them too earthy and rough. The sort of coffee I imagine cowboys and John Wayne would have in the 1890's. Caffeine content is as per most of these bespoke coffees – stronger than that in the jars by a long way. And the longer you let it brew the stronger (for better or worse) it gets. For a lighter taste, don't let it sit.I love the packaging this and similar coffee bags are made available; it is strong, transportable and arrives with a good seal and freshness guaranteed. The pack size is just right for me, especially they can be resealed so easily.So all in all, an excellent coffee in a convenient coffee bag format. And just because I don't like the taste doesn't mean it does not deserve 5 stars. It ticks all the boxes. My neighbour who I gave these to enjoyed it a lot!

A really nice blend with a taste you can appreciate. I've had too many mild coffee's of late and they a seem to merge into one, without giving you anything to appreciate.Bags gives the convenience, a tad wasteful I guess but the bags do give a great balance that i keep going back to.

Fair price for 50 bags I guess though at 8g each you are not going to get a huge caffeine hit. Bought for an extended hotel stay and found that by using two bags and not too much water the taste is quite decent. Never going to compete with espresso but better than instant.

I use these for taking to work as I can't stand instant coffee, I'd rather do without. These are just as easy to use as teabags, just give them a little more time and a squeeze, flavour is as good as any other coffee bag I have tried and a lot better than some. You're never going to get a freshly ground bean equivalent but these are still very good and I like that they're not individually wrapped in plastic for the environment, I find they use none of their strength towards the end of the packet, I probably average 2 a day over the week. Just keep them in the pouch until the day you want to use them, although I've taken them on holiday which is another great use for them and they've lasted a week no bother.
