The powder didn't have any staying power on my eyes and the powder crumbled to pieces in the container especially the brown colour

I chose this product as I heard it was great for the older woman.When the package arrived it wasn't padded and on opening, some of the eyeshadow had been dispersed on the make up compact lid. Also 2 of the eyeshadow had dislodged and fell out on opening compact.The eyeshadow is lovely but more care needs to be made when packing and sending it out.

Color is very nuetral
Not near as dark as it looks. Works great as an eyeliner and brow color as well.

Need to improve eyeshadow pallet from coming loose!!!
I like the colors but the one of the eyeshadows popped out that's why I gave 3 stars. Also laura gellers customer service isn't good. It would be nice to have a live person to talk to. The products are great but those areas need improvement. Bought a product from her website and the product took longer than expected. I sent the a message on her website stating I wanted a refund for my shipping I paid for and no one responded. I paid extra for 2-3 day shipping.
