Title and description misleading as it is actually drying the lips and has no volumizing effect whatsoever. Unfortunately they won’t refund you. Will be cautious buying from KIKO again.

great moisturizing product - if the correct item is delivered
I love this product. It is very hydrating nourishing quality product. It is not large in size - yet it's perfect to fit in any pocket like a slim chapstick. It works much better than any lip sleeping mask or chapstick that I've bought and you can wear it alone or over lipstick. I ordered one and loved it so much that I ordered 2 more for gifts, but sadly the Downside is that Bolo delivered the wrong 2 products by Kiko - the jelly Coloured Balm 02 w/vanilla scent in rounded silver metal tubes. These are not as nourishing as the Lip Volume Stylo 02 Hydrating plumping lip balm in the white plastic stick tube. Odly - I had previously ordered those and Kiko/Bolo canceled that order due to no inventory. Luckily I like most all Kiko products even when I receive the wrong item.
