Product is terrible. Fibres all flying out of the mat. Very poor quality. Waste of money. Chunks of fabric missing on mat when received. Not useable at all. Cannot return either and seller cannot be contacted. ABSOLUTE JOKE. Spend your money elsewhere - would not recommend

We were really happy with this personalised doormat when it first arrived. It looked great, felt sturdy, and made a lovely first impression at the door.The mat itself is durable and still does its job well, but unfortunately the custom writing started to wear off much quicker than we expected. After a short time, the personalisation that made it special is now barely visible.It’s still a functional mat, but without the name or message, it’s lost a bit of its charm.Pros:Good quality and durableLooked fantastic when newAdds a personal touch, at firstCons:Personalisation wore off quickly (maybe we’re heavy footed)Doesn’t hold up visually over timeA nice mat for general use, but if you’re buying it for the personalisation, be aware it may not last.
