So far, I have found it perfect for my needs: my old electric toothbrush was far too big & clumsy, and harsh. The Suri is soft & slender which in practical terms means it is easy to hold and negotiate around every tooth, nook & cranny thoroughly and softly, leaving my teeth squeaky clean. I really like that it turns off automatically after a couple of minutes, and that it is so smooth there is v. little splatter. It's great that you can park it in that little magnet thingy that just sticks on the tiles with no sticky mess. With my old set-up, I never took it with me on trips because it and the case was too heavy & bulky and I needed to take the charger. The Suri is so neat & tidy with a long charge I can pack it into my tote no problem. Last but by no means least it is apparently sustainable. Hurrah!

What a fabulous toothbrush! From the moment I opened the box, I just knew this was a great purchase. It does have a really classy feel to it. I love the weight of the slimline handle/body and the heads are small and gentle. I love the travelling case, and with the UV cleaning function and a very long charge time it gives it a real edge for travelling. Delighted that it charges with a USB - very sensible indeed!And now the important bit. The actual brushing function itself. It's an experience! (I like the timing function - that's very useful indeed). The sonic brushing, though! WOW! What a difference it makes! Honestly, I thought my previous toothbrush was good, but it doesn't hold a candle to my Suri - my teeth genuinely feel so clean! And it's just naturally so gentle on my gums! I am absolutely sure my teeth also look cleaner since I've been using my Suri.Every time I use it, I just love it a bit more. My nearest and dearest have been fully informed, on several occasions, of its awesomeness.There's so much attention to detail in it. From function, to looks right through to the sustainability and recycling aspect, this is, in my opinion, a tip-top toothbrush.Well worth the price tag - I think it's excellent value.Honestly, I highly recommend this product.

It is a well thought out take on the electric toothbrush which eliminates most of the problems of cheaper models. I have always been put off by the noise of the motors and short charge/discharge cycle. Let's be honest, a high-pitched whirring isn’t the most wonderful sound ever produced. night.Feels very premium, packed beautifully, nice and quiet. A nice weight to it and not overly large. I like how the body is not cheap plastic. Cleans really well and overall glad I made the purchase. Quite powerful, the 'polish' function might be for daredevils only! There was no regret at spending 70-80 on a toothbrush when unpacking it, which could easily have been the case if it felt cheap. It is a brilliant product!There’s a couple of little niggles that may or may not bother you. I don’t care for the 30-second pause. The brush auto-pauses for a split second over the two-minute cleaning cycle to tell you to move to another area of the mouth. Maybe it can be overridden, but it is not a feature I really want or need by default. Another is the otherwise lovely travel/storage case. It has a built-in UV-LED sterilising function. Excellent idea. But it needs to be plugged into power to operate. Couldn’t a small battery or capacitor have been placed in the case somewhere to eliminate this need, or power itself taken from the brush? A design choice, but travelling would be made much easier, self contained and wire free if this had been considered, because the greatest feature of the brush is it lasts for SO long without a recharge you forget it is ‘electric’. Maybe something for a v2?Still, it has a superb slim design, has a premium feel, is quiet, and offers a dentist-clean feeling after use. I can't imagine being disappointed with its performance or its neat and modern looks. Easily a five star product.

I really like this toothbrush. My teeth feel clean, it's simple and minimalistic and it looks good. The battery seems to last forever & the mirror mount is very welcomed. It is pricey and I do feel that it is over-priced - wait for a sale to buy this and then it feels like a more justified purchase.However, the company have gone too far in trying to present as sustainable. The charging case does not contain a battery (which is not at all clear at point of purchase) which means it's kind of pointless other than a box to use when travelling. The UV cleaning only occurs if the case is plugged in when there really should have been a battery in there. The price they charge for this is completely unacceptable and I'd have never bought it if I knew there was no battery and it was only usable when plugged in. This does seem misleading and underhanded.

I couldn’t be happier with my SURI toothbrush! From the moment it arrived, I was impressed with the packaging — it feels like a true luxury product. The colour variations are a beautiful touch, adding a personal and stylish element.The brush itself is excellent. It leaves my mouth feeling truly refreshed, far better than other electric toothbrushes I’ve tried. In the past, I’ve always felt the need to use a manual toothbrush alongside my electric one to get a thorough clean, but with SURI, that’s no longer the case. The cleaning performance is exceptional, and it’s the first electric toothbrush I’m genuinely happy with.It would also make a fantastic gift, thanks to it's luxurious design and feel. The sustainability aspect is a huge bonus, and the promise of a 40 day life is a game changer for me as I am terrible at charging things before they die :-).Overall, SURI has exceeded my expectations, combining great performance, eco-friendliness, and a premium feel. Highly recommended!

Beautiful but doesn't clean well

I have to scrub just as much as an ordinary manual tooth brush - the vibrations don't seem to do anything.

I purchased this about two months ago after my dentist recommended an electric toothbrush. I’ve tried several over the years and never liked them. Admittedly I was drawn to Suri because of the aesthetics, but there are several factors that make me believe this is the first electric toothbrush I’ll stick with. I love the case and that it can be charged via usb-c and especially love the UV light cleaner. The brush head is a good size, the battery lasts a long time, and it feels good in my hands. It also is nice and quiet and I love that you can recycle the brush heads.I only have one con so far. The UV light can’t work unless the case is plugged in, but Suri says not to charge the toothbrush until the battery is dying, so I’m not sure when you’re supposed to use the cleaning feature.

Cleans very well but unclear where to buy replacement heads
