I liked the style and the colour of this case, but the design is poor. The case opens light a clam, with the hinges at the bottom wheel end, not the side therefore you cannot open it flat which makes packing it awkward. It has handy zips on the inner fabric so you can get to the handle mechanism should it fail, but there's no board covering the handle ridges the and you can't pack things flat (trainers have to be packed between the ridges, which is an ineff6use of space). It therefore holds less than my smaller, lighter case. The retractable handle clashes with the fixed handle meaning you have to flip the fixed handle over to fully collapse the extendable handle. It's much heavier than my smaller case. Not a good buy at all

Great product. Durable. Customer service was quick and efficient. I had a previously purchased product from them that was damaged. Called them, provided proof of purchase, and the product was replaced without hassle. Highly recommended.

The case looks good nice colour good size perfect handle length and glides effortlessly easy to use but is very heavy so adds to weight restrictions when travelling so not the best for functionality and so not good value for money

Wow this is a really nice solid smart suitcase. Moves effortlessly on silent wheels. 4 ways to carry it 2 great locks 🔒 I love it and it don't look cheap 😉. Well worth the money .
