I bought a bunch of different Reolink cameras (for inside, outside, passages, garden etc.) Very happy with all of them. Prices seem to go up and down, depending on the special offer of the day.

I have other Reolink cameras and this one doesn’t disappoint from a build and image quality, as well as ease of setup perspective. Worth noting it has a very solid feel to it as the main body is made from alloy rather than plastic.However, I wanted to mount this on the underside of a ground-floor soffit but alas, the internal camera unit cannot be angled up to less than approx 35 degrees from horizontal. Without resorting to geometry to check the exact values, this means that the top of the image is a point on the ground around 20 feet in front of the camera; there’s no apparent way of adjusting the camera further to horizontal to reduce this angle.In Reolink’s defence, the inherent design constraints of this type of camera doesn’t lend itself to a tighter angle - other than mounting vertically on a wall, an alternative design may be your only option for ground floor level mounting.In short, if you plan to install on a soffit, the camera needs to be around 15’ off the ground but by all means, do the geometry!

I wouldn't recommend this camera as it has poor picture at night if its using the ir or spot light.Problem is the ir and the spotlight are built into the dome casing so they reflect of the clear dome and then cause glare and all you see is a picture that looks like its blotchy and steamed up look.Also the auto focus is annoying as its constantly focusing and makes the picture blurryIn the day its ok but poor at night.

La qualità video è davvero buona e lo zoom ottico è il vero punto di forza, soprattutto perché le ho installate a circa 20/30 metri d'altezza. Per ora funzionano bene e rispondono in modo preciso al rilevamento. L'affidabilità la valuterò meglio con l'uso nel tempo, ma al momento sono soddisfatto.

Très bonne caméra, une amélioration du modèle 842A

L'installation est très facile avec l'application Reolink. On scan le QR Code, on nous demande de mettre un mot de passe et c'est bon !Si vous comptez l'utiliser dans Synology Surveillance Station ou autre, vous devez d'abord veillez à activer le protocole ONVIF et RTSP dans les paramètres réseau de la caméra, sinon ça ne marchera pas !Le boitier est de très bonne qualité et en métal. Cela semble vraiment costaud. Il a une forme un peu triangulaire, ce qui lui donne un look un peu plus moderne que le design rond du 842A ou d'autre dome. je trouve ça sympa!L'intérieur du boîtier est bien mieux conçu que l'ancien modèle 842A ! Je suis agréablement surpris de voir qu'ils mettent des joints tout autour pour mieux protéger l'intérieur des intempéries !On peut également voir les 4 LED IR de chaque côté de l'objectif, et les x2 LED 2,8W sous l'objectif de la caméra.Les points positifs de ce nouvel appareil photo pour moi sont ; l'audio bidirectionnel, la vision nocturne couleur (grâce aux 2 LED) et la sirène. Je trouve formidable que Reolink implémente ces fonctionnalités dans une caméra, ce qui est pour moi un véritable atout dans certains cas.La protection IK10 est un vrai point positif si vous envisagez de mettre cette caméra dans un endroit accessible aux mains des voleurs.Je trouve que ce nouveau modèle est bien mieux protégé des intempéries que l'ancien grâce au joint renforcé qu'ils mettent sur la partie ouvrante.Le fait d'avoir le slot SD sur le côté peut être bien... ou pas. Facile d'accès par rapport à l'ancien modèle où il fallait démonter la caméra pour accèder au slot SD. Mais il peut aussi être plus facile pour les voleurs de s'emparer de la carte SD...Je trouve regrettable que ce modèle ne soit pas compatible avec la boite de jonction D20 de la même marque.Dans l'ensemble, c'est un très bon produit et j'en suis satisfait.

Parfaitement compatible avec Synology Surveillance Video.

Très bonne qualité optique en vision de jour. Les bords sont flous en vision de nuit car la coupole de protection est en plastique donc sujette à des aberrations optiques, mais rien de très grave. L'audio est d'excellente qualité (AAC). Le zoom optique est très pratique et j'ai eu l'agréable surprise de constater qu'il y avait une fonction d'autofocus (désactivable si nécessaire). Intégration parfaite à Synology Surveillance Video.
