Creatine is an organic acid that is super important for energy metabolism in our cells, especially big energy users like the brain and skeletal muscle. It’s an antioxidant, might be a Neuro modular and research is starting to suggest that it can help bone growth too.It’s found in meat and fish, but I wasn’t sure I was getting enough. I have an autoimmune condition that affects my nerve function, and can prevent me absorbing nutrition effectively. I’d put on weight and was trying to improve my diet and exercise, to lose weight without losing muscle bulk.I don;t have solid scientific evidence that this works, but I do know that I seem to have better energy levels, and have increased my muscle percentage when taking it. It’s not caused me any harm results wise, so I’m happy to take in just in case it helps protect me from the cardiovascular disease and dementia that runs in the family. If it doesn’t, it was worth a try. They taste nice, like a fruit gummie sweet, are low calorie, soft to chew. So nothing not to like.Don’t jump in to this if you have problems with kidney function - check with your doctor first, but other wise it. If you’re taking a high dose (more than 3-5g/day), get a kidney function test before you start and keep an eye on it.

I have ordered these a couple of times now. They taste great and are easier to take rather than mixing powder. I just take them along with my other vitamins in a morning.I will no doubt buy them again once I run out.
