In its marketing information it states the battery can be removed (Basically to allow you to take it on an aircraft) however when I received the item there were no instructions on how to do this task. I contacted the company for further information and they basically said that as a result of leaks, they have had to change the design and the battery can no longer be removed. This is despite the fact they still state it can on the Bolo site.When I queried this and asked for a workaround, their response was amazing!!!! They suggested I find a courier that can transport the item to my intended destination. It would basically mean, that for a weeks holiday I would have to have it couriered out by a company that would fly it with the battery intact.Unhelpful to say the least, but it thankfully demonstrates this sellers attitude towards both its product and customer service.I would strongly suggest no-one buys this item or anything else from this company
