OK so this is my second electric bike, the first being a fat tired foldable mountain bike as seen here on Bolo. It was a good bike especially off road. The Samebike was half the price of that one.IT arrived early, great ! Opened the box to be greeted by that lovely new smell that you only get in new cars, Lovely. Colour was darker then in the photo, infact the blue is ace with the forks and wheels all in black chrome. The finish is much better then my previous bike, there's a real quality to the whole bike. Now my knee is knackered so I have only done limited riding but it goes and stops brilliantly. IT may not be quite as powerful as my old bike but I am very large, nice linear power and the battery is great but haven't run it to empty yet. It's fantastic value for money, it's comfortable, it's fun, it's a great buy so far!

I have sent a request for a replacement bikeThe bike is brilliant for what I need it for however the battery is faulty and is not holding charge for spme reasonWorked great first day then when I tried recharging it is not workingHopefully the company will change out the bike as it is a good fit for personnelHad no help from the shop besides runaway round and refusing to give refundWould not recommend this product anymore
