For a good few months I took the breastfeeding pregnecare vitamins. I decided to try these out when they were on offer. My goodness, the difference! I have so much more energy, my hair feels fuller and my skin brighter. Won't be changing back now.

I’ve been taking Proceive products for a while from the conception sachets to trimester 1, 2 & 3 supplements so I naturally followed on with these breastfeeding tablets. I think they are great, my baby is healthy, I feel good too even though I am only getting four hours of broken sleep a night! I recently had blood tests to check my levels and everything came back perfect. Just to warn you these tablets do turn your urine bright yellow and also makes breast milk slightly yellow

As a sleep deprived first time mother, getting in some quality meal planning can be hard to achieve. It’s been a great assurance to know that I am getting the key vitamins and minerals via these supplements. My breastfed baby has thrived on them and gained weight along a higher percentile than his birthweight. My hair, skin and nails also seem to have received a boost from them! Although expensive, they are totally worth it to ensure my babies continued health.

Best overall vitamins I’ve found for post partum & breast feeding. Saves taking a few different supplements & high dosage of each ingredient per capsule. I’m sure I feel more groggy when I’ve gone a few days without them so I think they really do help with energy levels.

I have loved having these prenatal vitamins! I really noticed a difference when I ran out I didn’t have any for a few days because I felt more tired, my back was more sore and I overall didn’t feel as good and so these are brilliant to help you and your baby!

Due to its high biotin this has caused a negative pregnancy test since taking them. In general everything has high contents compared to others pregnancy supplements. Won’t be buying this again. My husband and I are truly disheartened as biotin caused a negative test of hcg.Update:Later had a miscarriage after taking these. Avoid it during the early days of pregnancy . Another customer had same experience in comments.Biotin is too high. It’s been proven to cause miscarriages .
