I have trouble staying asleep and having good continuous sleep for last 8 years due to co sleeping with my children who can't help but fidget. Also due to stress. This was amazing. I have had deep continuous sleep and I feel alive again. Just give it a go. I tried ashwaghnada before but it made me groggy the next day. This does not.

Great product for me ...I've been taking 1 a day and mobility easies and also helps to take the pain off to a level I can manage I do notice the difference in my mobility if I don't take it

First time I took these I opened the bottle to find an empty capsule. Haven’t taken them for long enough to comment on the effectiveness of them though.

This is my second bottle and it works for me! I usually take it 1/2 hour before bedtime. In the past, I took a prescription sleeping aid until I started having horrible dreams. Then I switched to Melatonin, but after awhile that didn't work. Fingers crossed this is the answer.
Very effective
This works really well. I usually take a different brand but they weren't going down as easily and didn't seem to work like they used to. These magnesium capsules were easy to swallow and had me peeing out alot of excess water weight that wasn't coming off.Which is the main reason I even take Magnesium Glycinate supplements. All in all good purchase and great price. Very effective.
Great for Sleep and Anxiety
I have issues sleeping. These have helped me get to bed earlier and really help with my overthinking and anxiety. Highly recommend for anyone with issues sleeping. It’s not hard to wake up the next morning. When I was taking melatonin I struggled to get up the next morning and felt groggy.

I have only been taking this for about a week, I usually take a different kind of magnesium and it hasn't been helping as much lately so I decided to try this one. It's working really well!! I'm sleeping better, it's really helped to lower my stress and anxiety levels. Would recommend!!
Same as over the counter, just higher priced
Doesn't seem any better than the over the counter products available that are cheaper priced
