Fast forward 5 months. The scooter had a structure failure under the main handle bars, total random. I explained what happened and the response was nothing better than “ BRILLIANT “……The company kept in constant communication with us and replaced the scooter free of charge, I just had to pay a delivery fee which I totally understand as we live in Northern Ireland.I would recommend the scooter and the company and their fantastic after sales help.

• Received the item timely, with enough notice provided.• This Scooter appears to be quite robustly built.• Easy to set up, as it arrived mostly near-fully assembled, along with additional tools and spare parts.• Instructions were relatively straightforward.• Includes an excellent guide book - worth looking through, before using the scooter, especially if it is your first time with such. 👍- safety inspection certificate also included.•So far, functions smoothly. i bought this for my dad as a gift he used to have one before but it was causing problems and he doesn't use bus neither car it is his favourite scooter he feel much safer on this it has good adjustable speed according to his needs have proper light to see jumps it had very clear instructions to fix this it has great size very hood size for an adults the main part it is very economical just need a good charge before you go and battery last for really long time which is impressive very silent doesn't make silly voice we have been with other brands all have some issues but this one all tick very easy to fold and open strong made stability is so nice with light weight have beautiful jet black colour price is also very reasonable my dad drive this very comfortable keep ip balance on this dead easy dont go on very big brands and spend too much on them it has all stability and sturdiness

Purchased the scooter as a main christmas present for my daughter. The scooter broke so I returned and it was sent back working again. Unfortunately after a few weeks, the scooter broke again. I am now waiting for a second hand replacement scooter to be sent out and i am able to keep the original to save me the bother of returning. Customer service have been very happy to help resolve my issue.

Arrived well packaged and it is partially assembled. Assembly completion was very straightforward and a case of connecting the handlebars and the wires which all took less than 10 minutes. It looks great and more importantly its' well designed and built, with all components being robust, sturdy whilst weighing in at around 16kg so a good balance between robustness and portability when folded up.I like that the handlebars have rubber protectors and are non-slip and the wheels/ tyres are solid and a good size for manoeverabilty and have loads of grip. Shock absorbers and suspension are great and really do the job they are intended for. A great plus is you can connect via bluetooth to an app, the main benefit being you can activate, lock and unlock from the app and enhances security as you can't activate from scooter itself once you have set it up. The LCD display is clear and concise and records everything.You can get up around 25km/h - 14mph and it handles really well. Brakes are responsive , turning is easy, throttle is smooth and it really is a delight to use.I have been very very impressed with the battery , it seems to last forever and then it takes no time to recharge.For me it's a great scooter! I got it at a competitive price and haven't been disappointed at all, would recommend.

Me gustaría destacar varias cosas del patinete.Primero que nada, es un medio de transporte que viene homologado con un papel y que puedes circular con tranquilidad. Tiene una conducción suave y eficiente, las ruedas responden muy bien a los baches.En segundo lugar, he de destacar que es un poco pesado en comparación con una bicicleta, ya que tiene mal coger pero no es problema porque se puede plegar.En tercer lugar, tiene un motor de 350W que a la larga se nota cuando se hacen largos trayectos, la bateria me dura bastante si la pongo en el modo eco (tres modos). La velocidad recomendada es máximo a 25km/h aunque en la aplicación se puede modificar a 30km/h aunque no me la jugaría, va más que sobrado. Los frenos responden bastante bien en seco y un poco mojado, eso me da seguridad para conducir.Puntos a favor que tiene son las luces que lleva incorporadas tanto frontalmente como trasera. Las traseras responden muy bien al frenar. El timbre lo lleva incorporado el cuál me ayuda para avisar si alguien se interpone en el camino y en la circulación.Con la app se pueden visualizar los kilómetros recorridos en el patinete y un buen dato es que le puedes bloquear las ruedas para que no te lo roben.Finalmente, la función que más me ha gustado es el sistema de dirección cuando vas a girar, puedes marcar con los intermitentes que tiene en el manillar. Automáticamente se enciende la luz en cada lado del manillar y en la rueda trasera en ambos lados visibilizando mi intención para quien circule cerca de mi.Puntos en contra, el peso del patinete aunque tiene muy buen acabado y la alfombrilla donde se pone el pie veo que por el tiempo se mancha.Mido 167cm y me viene cómodo a los brazos, fácil circulación.

He de decir que nunca había probado un patinete, pero una vez probado solo puedo decir una cosa... que maravilla es esta!!No hace ruido, se puede plegar, no gasta casi nada y además tiene potencia! La parte mala es que no voy a pasear nunca más ahora hasta al baño voy en patinete.Además la carga es realmente barata, esta es mi rutina llegas por la mañanica, te tomas tu batido de proteínas y tu café solo, coges tu patinete y hasta el curro, llegas allí y a cargar 🔋, vuelves a casa, por la tarde recadicos, gimnasio y lo que haga falta pero siempre guardándote un 20% de bateria para al dia siguiente volver al curro y ponerlo a cargar, un genio es lo que soy.Es más, estoy pensando en comprar una batería más grande para poder cargarla en el curro (obviamente) y luego por la tarde currar de globero 🎈 y ya tendría el combo perfecto.En cualquier caso el patinete va muy bien, con la amortiguación es muy comodo, las ruedas de 10' también ayudan e incluso cuesta arriba se comporta bastante bien, la pega es que los botones de los intermitentes tienes que pulsarlos con el pulgar derecho que usas también para acelerar, así que te quedan dos opciones, o tener un dedo como una morcilla o conducir como un octogenario y tener los intermitentes de adorno, yo no los uso así que en cuanto averigüe como quitarle la limitación de velocidad ya vendo hasta el coche.

Monopattino di qualità. Veloce, comodo e affidabile

Ho acquistato questo monopattino in sostituzione del mio VR46UP! Che mi è stato rubato e con ilQuale avevo percorso circa 500km.Faccio qualche paragone tra i 2 modelli visto che il prezzo è molto vicino (il VR46UP! costa intorno ai 600)CONSEGNA/MONTAGGIO- Consegna perfetta come al solito. Bolo è sempre puntuale.- Il monopattino è imballato con del materiale plastico elastico e non il comune polistirolo. L’imballo protegge perfettamente il monopattino e non c’è rischio di trovarselo ammaccato.- Il Montaggio è semplicissimo. 4 viti e tutto è pronto.PRIME IMPRESSIONI- Al confronto con il VR46, l’EV10K sembra un’astronave. La qualità percepita è nettamente superiore.Tutte le plastiche sono ben assemblate. Le saldature sono bellissime ed il colore nero opaco veramente bello. Non ha decalcomanie quindi è un pò anonimo ma volendo si possono comprare a parte.SU STRADA- Su strada le ruote piene rendono il viaggio meno raffinato ma le sospensioni (soprattutto sulle nostre strade disastrate) fanno veramente un grande lavoro. Anche qui non c’è paragone con il vecchio. La sospensione posteriore è molto morbida es assorbe tutte le asperità mentre quella anteriore è un pò più rigida ma comunque filtra molto bene le asperità e soprattutto i dossi.- Non noto molta differenza di potenza con il VR46UP!, che aveva solo 350W mal’allungo è sicuramente superiore (30Km/h) e la velocità viene raggiunta subito con un’accelerazione dolce e lineare. Ad impressione direi che il vecchio fosse più aggressivo come accelerazione.- Il comando dell'acceleratore è immediato e sensibile. Caratteristica importantissima quando ci si muove nel traffico a bassa velocità e serve muoversi con disinvoltura.- La tenuta con le ruote da 10 è sicuramente superiore al vecchio VR46UP! Con le ruote da 8,5 e si sente più stabilità anche alla velocità massima.- Il comando del freno non mi piace tanto. Ho provato anche a registrarlo con l’apposita vite vicino alla pinza (qualcuno lamentava che non vi fosse la regolazione. Semplicemente non è vicino la leva come negli altri ma vicino alla pinza del freno in posizione un pò scomoda) ma non mi soddisfa. Attendo qualche Km che le pasticche si assestino e poi magari riscrivo.- Il freno elettrico è molto dolce. Mi piace il suo intervento. Non mette mai in difficoltà.- Le frecce laterali e posteriori sono visibili anche di giorno per tanta sicurezza in più.- Lo sterzo è abbastanza duro. Questa caratteristica sarà sicuramente importante per i neofiti perchè dà maggiore stabilità all’avantreno. Tra l’altro non c’è il minimo accenno di lasco o sbacchettamento del lungo pilone anteriore come capita in altri monopattini.- La luce del faro anteriore punta veramente a terra, illuminando la strada davanti al monopattino. Non come il VR46UP! che punta sulla luna.- L’app è facile ed intuitiva e da tante info utili e permette di settore a proprio piacimento il monopattino. Non mi piace l’impostazione della velocità di crociera che ho subito eliminato.AUTONOMIA- Prima ricarica ho fatto 12Km su terreno vario e la batteria era al 64%. Peso circa 90Kg. Penso che 25Km siano tranquillamente alla sua portata. Forse anche qualcosa di più quando la batteria sarà a regime. Per me comunque va benissimo visto che faccio circa 20km al giorno per andare e tornare dall’ufficio.CONCLUSIONIIn generale penso che l’EV10K sia un prodotto veramente valido. Veloce, confortevole e sicuro. Da migliorare attualmente solo la frenata. Al momento sono molto soddisfatto dell’acquisto.DOPO 100KmIl freno a disco è molto migliorato. L'autonomia si attesta sui 25 Km per me che sono bello pesantello e senza fare attenzione ai consumi (sbloccata la velocità a 30Km/h) e su percorsi che prevedono parecchie pendente.Ho applicato degli adesivi per renderlo più simpatico e comprato un antifurto che ho avvitato nella parte anteriore, sotto il faro.Il comfort di marcia è migliorato. Confermo che le sospensioni sono molto confortevoli.Dopo 200 Km- BATTERIA Faccio 24Km per andare e tornare dall' ufficio e mi rimane circa il 30% di batteria.- FRENI Decisamente migliorati anche se la leva deve essere tirata troppo per i miei gusti.- COMFORT Migliorato. Il rotolamento delle gomme è meno avvertibile. Nessun rumore molesto ne scricchiolii.

J'ai la trottinette depuis quelques mois et j'en suisTrès satisfaite.Je l'utilise pour des trajets quotidiens et aucun problème de charge.L'application sur le téléphone est très pratique et fonctionne très bien.Rapport qualité/prix pas négligeable.En plus en cas de problème ou de panne le SAV et le fournisseur sont à l'écoute,très agréables et réactifs .Ils joignent des tutos et envoient les pièces si nécessaire rapidement .Je recommande vivement cette trottinette
