Aesthetically the powder has a rich white colour and it has a subtle coconut flavour. Putting two tablespoons in my drink and I feel satiated for hours. A great addition to anyone's diet for anyone looking for a quality prebiotic source and ketones for efficient energy.

I have been using MCT creamer in my coffee for quite a while now. The one of used up until now was a vanilla flavoured one, and I have to confess I did rather like the taste of it. It had the benefits of MCT oil, but adding a bit of flavour to the coffee at the same time. This one isn't flavoured so I obviously can't expect it to add flavouring, but it still has all the benefits of MCT oil. And to be fair, not everyone wants to change the taste of their morning. I do find that this dissolves pretty well in the coffee, not instantly, but it doesn't take long. I've got used to it now, and even though I miss my vanilla falvouring, I do think this one has some additional benefits that my previous brand didn't have.

This is a review of 'KetoBiome® High-Fibre Keto-Creamer with Pure C8 MCT Oil (70%) & (30%) Acacia Fibre, 500g | Keto Diet, Zero Carb, Sugar-Free Prebiotic for Coffee, and Shakes'.This is a coffee 'creamer' made of MCT oil and fiber. I'm not really sure what MCT oil even is other than it is derived from coconut oil. The product contains about 50 servings but it is still quite expensive for being coffee creamer. The product slightly clumps when adding it to a large volume of hot water so it's better to add a small amount of water to the powder first which creates a paste. After stirring then add the rest of the hot water. Otherwise adding it to protein shakes is good. It has no discernable taste, maybe slightly similar to coconut oil if anything. I didn't notice a crazy boost of energy or anything but it is nice to have a non dairy coffee addition.

It is perfect for those on a Keto Zero Carb Diet as well as being sugar-free.This coffee creamer is made of MCT oil and Acacia fibre and has a light and fluffy consistency, not dusty or powdery. It has a subtle coconut flavour which is pleasant in coffee. I use two tablespoons at a time for a good colour, consistency and flavour, which I add a little at a time while stirring vigorously to ensure it dissolves well. This bag provides 50 servings.Overall it is a good non dairy coffee creamer option which tastes nice.

🥰+ tastes great in drinks, shakes, porridge, sweet and savoury dishes, adds a pleasant mouthfeel+ good (but not ideal) replacement for milk in coffee/tea+ great nutritional content with added fibre+ sturdy packaging🤔- a certain technique is needed for hot drinks - make it into a paste before adding rest of the water, otherwise it clumps up somewhat- on the expensive side
