I decided to try this instead of my usual, natural cleansing balm. You get a good amount in the pot but I can see it is likely to run out a bit quicker than the smaller pot I’m used to because it just doesn’t seem to go as far. However, it’s absolutely lovely and has not irritated my acne prone, rosacea suffering skin!I use this as the first part of a double cleanse at night and remove it using a hot cloth but it also rinses off in the shower. Even using a foam cleanser afterwards my skin still feels comforted and softened by this balm.I enjoy the smell of the balm, the ingredients are fairly natural and the packaging is pretty. It is better value than my usual brand too, so it is ticking a lot of boxes. Lost one star as can’t recycle the plastic pot in my area. My usual brand is a glass pot.I’m happy with my purchase and I would recommend it to friends.

A go-to for my sensitive skin.I've used this for years, can't complain.The fragrance is light enough to not be overwhelming, leaves skin glowy and moisturised without feeling too heavy or sticky.

Got this on prime day so price was good. Lovely balm cleanser that will rival more expensive brands. Doesn't irritate my skin, as you'd expect from a balm cleanser it leaves my skin feeling soft and clean and doesn't irritate my skin.Smells lovely, all round good product and I would buy again if the price was reasonable.

It felt like rubbing shards of broken glass into my face. No matter how gentle I was I expected to be left red raw. I didn't find glass shards listed in the ingredients but pumice, no wonder it felt so harsh.I'm surprised they say this is suitable for sensitive skins, I daren't use it on my eyelids, which can be very dry and what I buy a scrub for.However my skin did look quite good and glowy afterwards so I'm conflicted. I'll finish this tube (it's too expensive not to) but I doubt I'll buy again.

I have reactive skin and when I received this I thought it might break my skin out cos it has a strong (but pleasant) scentWell.it hasn't broken my skin out at all. I use it after a cleansing balm to double cleanse and it's wonderful. The texture is lovely and creamy for my mature skin, it's also moisturising and my skin feels and looks greatIt's a large bottle too yet a little goes a long way so, it lasts for ages
Super beautiful and gentle product
If you don't like the smell of roses you shouldn't purchase but it doesn't linger after you rinse it off. Very effective cleanser great for drier more mature skin but works with all skin types very gentle. If you are on the oily side you might want to double cleanse and follow up your makeup removal with a foamy cleanser.
Hydrating and soothing
I like this cream so much , it soothes my irritated skin when I have been exposed to the heat and high humidity and calms it. One of my basic beauty routine,
