Proper Chinese takeaway-style thick noodles that hold their bite and don’t go mushy. You get a huge amount for the price, and because they’re egg-free, they suit pretty much everyone. Quick to cook, perfect for stir fries, chow mein, or even in broth. This 4kg box lasts ages – definitely a staple in my pantry now.

Brilliant dried noodles.Thick noodles, bang them in some boiling water and when ready, drain and then plunge into cold water. This stops them cooking and making the noodles sticky. You can leave them in the water until you are ready fo stir fry them as needed. These are the noodles most Chinese / Asian restaurants use as standard. They are worth every penny and I can say I will be buying more.

I bought these as they are apparently the ones used by most Chinese takeaways in the UK and they are fantastic. The box is absolutely massive so they have lasted me for months and months.

The noodles are tasty, good quality and portioned up in a great size, however I was expecting to open the box to have them in smaller packages inside. This isn't the case, inside there is one bag with the noodle nests inside so you will need to transfer to other container(s) to keep them fresh. Not a deal breaker as they're great value, but had I known this in advance I could've made better storage arrangements ahead of delivery. Highly recommend the product, though.

Better than all the rest, little goes a long way once cooked, really tell the difference from certain brands shop bought. My bolonaise had more body and taste.A bargain for what you get.Recommended

The best noodles, just like the takeaway! Lovely texture, much better than any from the supermarket. Work really well in a noodle soup too.

I watch a mother and son who owns and run a Chinese takeaway, they also run a Chinese cooking class and it's all over YT...these are the noodles bought and used by your local Chinese takeaway..Ziang's food workshop is their channel...absolutely brilliant flavour and robust when you cook them for no more than 4 minutes...then under a cold tap...reheat and finish cooking them in the wok...thank you Ziang's for the great videos.
