These are tasty and I look forward to taking them - am now on my third bottle. I haven’t really noticed any difference in my pcos symptoms yet… I have really frequent periods and have noticed they have lengthened out to a slightly more “normal” (still not great) cycle. Perhaps these tablets have helped!

I have now bought my second bottle. They are very easy to take and the taste is quite nice. Makes taking supplements easy, especially when you take other pills too. Also much cheaper than what I used to take. Lovely stuff

Not for me, ever since i started taking these i've had a bitter after taste hours after i ate it, i've gained more weight, dispute eating healthy and doing 15k steps. Also it messed with my provera so no not for me i'm bleeding when i shouldn't be.
