This product has really saved me, I was in constant muscular pain, especially towards the evening, this really helped me unwind and get a good nights sleep, as well as regular bowel movements.It’s a all in one , value for money.

I take these at night and find that they relax the mind and body enabling sleep. The capsules are quite large but still easy to swallow, I did try them opened and mixed with fruit squash, they're fairly tasteless and easy to take. Excess magnesium is excreted from the body and can make your bowels loose, I find that 2 capsules rather than 3 suit me fine. Having tried other magnesium products, I really recommend these, they're effective, easy to take, economically priced and have no unwanted additives.

Wow!!! My life has improved since taking these magnesium supplements, for sure!! I must've been quite deficient as I don't feel crippling hunger pains anymore, nor eating all day, probably because my body is more nutritionally satisfied. Would highly recommend!

These are just so good. I am usually so tired in the days with school pick up and drop off, so would need a nap. Then feel cranky all day. Been taking these for a few weeks now. Wow, i can feel the difference. I have so much energy, i feel so good, am also in a good mood all the time.

I’m sure there must be some improvement in the areas Magnesium is supposed to be good for, but I really didn’t notice any change or improvement in sleep quality.

I had bought this supplement after reading online that types of magnesium can help with anxiety, stress, sleep quality and more. After searching Bolo, this product looked like great overall so I decided to go with this brand. The first evening after they arrived, I took one capsule and to my surprise I woke up the next morning feeling extremely refreshed. Being the type of person who usually wakes up in the mornings with substantial lethargy, it was extremely nice to wake up, and be ready for the day rather then preparing myself for half an hour to step out of bed! Size of the capsules are relatively small and easy to take - 2 in the morning and 1 in the afternoon.My only issue is that this effect seemed to wear off after about a week which is why I have taken one star off. I am not sure if this is due to the quality of the product or if it something else, but apart from that the supplement has been great, and I have decided to re-purchase. It is very helpful that you get a 3 month supply for such a great price with all types of magnesium included.
