(function() { P.when('cr-A', 'ready').execute(function(A) { if(typeof A.toggleExpanderAriaLabel === 'function') { A.toggleExpanderAriaLabel('review_text_read_more', 'Read more of this review', 'Read less of this review'); } }); })(); .review-text-read-more-expander:focus-visible { outline: 2px solid #2162a1; outline-offset: 2px; border-radius: 5px; } Nice feel and sticks well. I used this to jazz up my wheelchair and it worked quite well. Although I will say it isn’t very long so it can get a little pricey. If you use this for a handle for a racquet it will be perfect. I would recommend it.
4.0 out of 5 stars Feels like newly a serviced racket.
DO YOU NEED IT?If you keep your old racket, it needs servicing. You can string it yourself its a medium difficulty job. Replacing the grips can be easy, so maybe do it yourself with this kind of tape.DOES IT WORK?Yes, the handle is better now it feels "new" is grippier, and no longer looks like a very old friend.I am a DIY guy and fairly practical, for me this is an easy task. I think for most folk it is do-able.This has other practical uses, you could improve anything that you use as a handle. I may order some for my older tools.WILL IT BREAK?If you fitted it properly and with some care, I think it will last (depends how much you use it)VALUEReasonableANY REASONS NOT TO BUY IT?It may not be as good as a professional doing it.My reviews follow this star rating:1 Star; Very unsatisfactory product. I do not recommend buying it,2 Stars; Significant deficiencies, does not fulfil its expected functions,3 Stars; Average product. Complies with expectations,4 Stars; Very good and satisfying. I liked it and it's a quality product,5 Stars; Excellent, exceeds expectations.
5.0 out of 5 stars Good racket grip tape
Easy to fit to a badminton racket handle
3.0 out of 5 stars Just ok
Not the greatest grip in the world
4.0 out of 5 stars Decent racket grip take
Easy to use, just remove the old tape, and wrap this tape around the handle. Once on it provides a nice comfortable grip. Reasonably water resistant for when things get heated.
5.0 out of 5 stars Did the job
Fast delivery and very pleased with the item. Thank you.
1.0 out of 5 stars Insufficient Grip
Have previously used a number of replacement grips - in particular Wilson, Head and Babolat - appreciate these have been more expensive - but they certainly have the tacky feel that means you get a good grip - this Tenletic is smooth and my hand slides - and it's odd but the adhesive strip on the inside seems a lot narrower than I've seen before on other replacement grips Used for a few games then fitted an alternative
5.0 out of 5 stars Easy to attach to the racket handle and good adhesion
I have played outdoor tennis for over 40 years. The grip tape on one of my rackets is getting worn, so I decided to replace the grip with the white Tenletic replacement grip. The Tenletic grip arrived in its own plastic pack.I unwound my existing grip starting from the string end towards the bottom of the handle. My listing grip was attached to the handle by a small staple. So I carefully removed the staple. I then unwound a few centimetres of the Tenletic tape and peeled back the tape that protects the sticky part of the tape. I used a small vice to position the Tenletic grip to start off where the staple was before and tapped the staple into my racket handle. I am not certain if all rackets have the staple. If there wasn't one I would use the starting position for the Tenletic grip tape by peeling back the tape as described above.I used a method of gradually removing the protective tape whilst turning the racket handle anti clockwise looking from the end of the grip furthest away from the strings. The Tenletic tape perfectly overlapped its neighbour as I used the method of handle rotation, peel off tape, and overlap the grip and attach it to the handle.By the time I reached the strings I had a spare 10 cm of grip which I cut off with some scissors. I think tennis handle lengths can vary. I attached the "Tenletic" black adhesive tape at the string end to complete the job.The grip does feel comfortable and dry and a good size for my hand. I played three sets of tennis the next day. I expect a racket grip to work in most weather conditions and yesterday the rain turned up at the end of my third set. I wiped the grip once I had finished. So the Tenletic racket grip was easy to apply to my racket and felt very comfortable. I have rated it at 5 stars for durability based on my experience of grips and also how frequently I play tennis. It scores 5 stars from me based the assessment above. Well worth a look.
