First off, this is a hit taste-wise. It comes in fine powder form that mixes up really well, dissolving in seconds in a shaker. The cranberry flavour is very palatable indeed, making for a very drinkable formula. It has the slightly saline overtones of electrolyte drinks, but the sweet flavouring masks it well, and it's pretty refreshing, without any lingering aftertaste.Although it works a little differently from normal pre-workouts, I've found the immediate effects quite similar to those, particularly with the 'tingle' you get shortly after taking it (due largely to the beta alanine, an ingredient it shares with pre-workout formulas). It provides a good in-the-moment boost in that sense, giving a buzz from the get-go.The real benefits from saturation powders like this, however, are the cumulative effects over time. I've been taking Big D for a couple of weeks now, and my stamina does seem to have improved a little in terms of both weight and reps.Glad I gave it a try - I'll definitely be keeping it up for the rest of the tub, and looking to continue saturation-style supplements as a longer-term alternative to immediate-action pre-workout drinks in future.

Beast Pharm's Big D Daily Saturation Powder provides a moderately effective supplement for muscle building and recovery. As a lemon sherbet flavored powder, it aims to help replenish nutrients and electrolytes lost during intense workouts.I added this to my post-workout shake for about 2 weeks. It mixed pretty easily and tasted decent. I did feel it helped somewhat with muscle fatigue and soreness. My energy levels felt a bit higher on workout days when taking it.Compared to other products though, the effects weren't dramatic. But it does contain the basics like creatine, beta-alanine, and BCAAs which are proven to aid performance and recovery. The serving size seemed appropriate as well.For the price, Big D Daily Saturation Powder is a suitable choice for a daily muscle support supplement. While not the most powerful formula, it provides moderate benefits which recreational gym-goers will appreciate. If looking for something stronger, dedicated pre and post workout supplements would be better. But as a convenient addition to shakes, Big D is a decent all-in-one option.

If you're a cranberry fan, defo pick this up. I'm so used to saturation powder that I was shocked by how much better 1 wee scoop of this was, even in the big 1.6ltr Beast Pharm jug. And unlike with certain powders I wasn't actually scampering for a drink after finishing a jug with a scoop and a bit. In the gym I'd prefer to take a hydration drink instead of protein (I'll take that when I get home) so usually the treadmill time is a grind, but with an episode or 2 of Anime and a jug with this in it, it's a way more tolerable experience. great taste not bad at all
