Have been taking this for a few months, it seems to give me a bit more energy which is helpful in my work as a gardener. I did have some headaches when I first started taking it but this passed.

I’ve been taking this Fermented Taurine supplement for about a month now, and I’m pretty impressed overall! I was drawn to it because it’s vegan (I don’t eat meat, so taurine’s tough to come by), and the 1000mg dose with BioPerine® sounded like a good combo for absorption. The pouch is super convenient—keeps everything fresh and I love that it’s recyclable.I take two capsules a day, and I’ve noticed a nice little boost in my energy and focus, especially in the afternoons when I usually crash. No jitters or anything, just a steady lift. My workouts feel a bit smoother too, which is a bonus. The capsules are a tad big, but nothing I can’t handle with a gulp of water.Only reason it’s not 5 stars is that I’ve seen some brands with higher doses, and I’m curious if that’d make a bigger difference for me. Also, it took a week or so to really feel the effects—patience is key. But for the price and quality, I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a solid taurine boost. Alpha01’s got a winner here!

This provides a fermented high strength taurine in an easy to take capsule.On a Vegan or vegetarian diet, it is not easy to get taurine so this provides a great way to supplement, providing a high quality source of taurine without needing to consume any animal sources like meat, fish or eggs.They have also added bioperine which supports with better absorption.You get a 45 day supply needing to take 2 capsules per day. It provides really good value to support with use cases where you need to increase your amino acid intake. Overall a really good and high quality supplement.

Having endured a motorbike accident that led to multiple injuries and challenges, finding supplements that support my recovery has been paramount. Taurine has turned out to be a remarkable addition to my regimen, this offers several benefits that have significantly improved my workouts, overall wellbeing, and recovery.Taurine is known for its ability to support muscle function, enhance stamina, and promote overall health. Since incorporating Taurine into my daily routine, I've noticed an improvement in my stamina during workouts. My energy levels have been higher, allowing me to push harder and get more reps out of each session.Following my injuries, I've had several orthopedic appointments, and the specialists have indicated a healthy recovery of my bones to my surprise👌. I feel that Taurine has contributed to this positive outcome. My bones seem to be getting stronger, and I'm experiencing less discomfort in my joints.Interestingly, I've found myself drinking a lot more water due to increased thirst. While I'm not entirely sure if this is an expected effect of Taurine, I consider it a beneficial side-effect. These have been superb for me. Going to the Gym regularly and a bit of a boost with Gym time but also recovery, these have been excellent in that regard. Acids like these, as the pack suggests are found in high protein foods but to be able to get a boost of these regardless of diet on the particular day of the week is really good. They are on the larger side when it comes to capsules but I haven't had issues taking them, they taste of absolutely nothing at all and at only 2 per day from the 90 caps you get over a months worth. I have found these to be beneficial so far, worth a try!

This product is marketed as a premium taurine product, primarily because of the addition of BioPerine pepper, which apparently makes the product more bioavailable. This is possible, because I know that pepper increases the bioavailability of other health products. I don't know whether BioPerine is more effective than regular pepper. When I opened up a capsule to taste it, I couldn't really taste any pepper, but then there's probably only a very small amount.Note that "fermented" as relates to this product is not the same as something like "fermented garlic", rather it refers to the fact that the taurine is produced using genetically modified organisms, in perhaps a similar way to how synthetic insulin is produced. Ordinarily taurine comes from animal products, but this product is vegan-friendly.There is an anti-caking agent added to the taurine - Magnesium Stearate.The packet doesn't say where the product is manufactured; Alpha01 Ltd is merely the distributor. The product is however 3rd Party tested and GMP-certified.It's well worth considering, though you might get better value from cheaper taurine and a little bit of black pepper. I guess it's convenient having both together in a capsule however.
