This is very watery and not like any body oil I've ever used before. It's almost scentless and absorbs very well but not effective to keep skin moist after bathing. That said, I slept like a baby, so definitely helped with my menopausal ongoing insomnia.

I'd seen people discuss this range of products online recently, and as I'm suffering with menopause symptoms and can't take HRT (due to a small incidence of breast cancer) I thought I would give it a go.I already take magnesium supplements as it's one I know is important for muscle aches/pains and sleep problems, but I had heard that this encourages relaxation and sleep, too.They warn of skin tingling if you're very low on magnesium, until you get used to it, but I didn't experience this.It has a pleasant scent and it sprays on lightly.I found I could feel the product on legs after I had sprayed it on my skin - not quite sticky, but something close to it, and on clean sheets day it felt a bit less comfortable as my skin felt almost a touch sweaty with the oil on my skin. I had only used one spray on each leg which I had rubbed in before bed.For this reason, I have found it difficult to use every night before bed, so I have not been able to give it the 5 stars I would have liked. I haven't seen others mention this so it could just be me feeling over-stimulated at night with the hot flushes and sleeplessness I'm already experiencing, but it was those issues I was hoping it would help with!

I got this on Saturday and it’s now Monday. Been using it since and I have found my sleep has been much better. Although if you have any skin conditions I wouldn’t recommend as it stings when applying it after shaving my legs. So I would think it would be awful for cracked skin or eczema etc

I ordered this spray to support my mum in her menopause phase. She loves it. Help her relax and sleep better. It smells like gorgeous flowers so I wanted to use it too. It works amazing for my sleep quality and I use it to relax my muscles after hiking trips. My husband started to use it to speed his post workout recovery time. Its very convenient to use and great for travel. First use may be a little tingly but your body will get use to it.

I've been using BetterYou products and their magnesium spray for a few years now. So when I was offered the chance to review this magnesium spray with a fragrance I wanted to try it, especially as I'm going through the menopause myself.The smell is so comforting and I find the smell alone relaxing. I honestly can't tell you if I benefit from taking magnesium supplements, or if this will help with my menopause symptoms. But I can say I find it relaxing to lay in bed smelling this lovely fragrance.
