I'm happy to say I wasn't disappointed and this is my go-to brand now. I made a cake with it (I'm gluten-free) and used slightly less honey than the amount of coconut sugar the recipe called for and added a bit more flour (less than 1/4 cup) and the gingerbread cake I made (Medical Medium recipe) came out delicious, high-class bakery quality!

Seems a little unfair but have deducted a star because as with many honeys this jar is solid. I know honey does crystalize over time but I really wanted a pouring honey and this is a 'one lump or two' type now. Probably still better than a honey with additives to stop the solidifying but a bit disappointing nonetheless

I purchased this honey initially for my dog charlie who had bronchitis. It's a hit with Charlie, his eyes light up as he likes the taste of this medicine. And it actually does ease the symptoms exceptionally fast so he does have a comfortable good sleep. Needless to say the large honey pot is going down fast as we are all snaffling the odd spoonful each day. In our hour of need, we have found an amazing honey. Sorry to say we haven't got round to spreading it on to a sandwich etc... it goes straight onto the spoon and directly into our mouths. That's two dogs and two adults that are now in love with this particular honey. The consistency is indictitive of the properties of a organic natural honey, with crystals that melt in the mouth. Nature is best and this beautiful honey proves that it is the best. Buy with confidence.

When I first saw this product I thought it was too good to be true 100% organic, unfiltered, unpasteurised raw honey for a price this good. Not to mention it’s locally sourced at a farm it is just great.It’s sweet yet not too sweet, perfect to add for drinks. And a thick creamy texture that easily spreads.The health benefits are amazing and it didn’t spike my blood sugar at all no matter if I overate. Amazing definitely recommend.

Ganz drauf verzichten geht gar nicht. Und warum werden alle "normalen" Honige mit anderen Stoffen getreckt, nur um mehr Geld zu verdienen? Nun zum Produkt, sehr hart die Nummer, aber geht mit entsprechendem Werkzeug gut, mir schmeckt er toll. Ist nicht so brutal süß wie die meisten anderen Honige. Darf wieder kommen wenn leer.

Ein kleines Glas Sonnenschein.🌻🐝🌞Vielen Dank den fleißigen Bienchen und den Imkern.💕👍👍Normalerweise ist Rohhonig fest, aber dieser ist wirklich streichzart, aber natürlich nicht flüssig - ansonsten wäre es keine Rohhonig.! Zudem nicht teurer als Honig aus dem Supermarkt in Markenqualität, der Rohhonig in Qualität und Nährstoffen nicht das Wasser reichen kann.

Ganz eindeutiger geschmacklicher Unterschied zum Wildblütenhonig! Honig mit Charakter könnte man sagen. Ob die Honige die ich bestellt habe, alle Rohhonige sind, kann ich nicht sagen, denn ich bin nicht vom Fach. Geschmacklich unterscheiden sich alle 3 sehr! Honig ist nicht gleich Honig. Und der Frühlingsrabatt war spitzenmässig, danke!!!P.s. anscheinend gilt die Bewertung für zwei unterschiedliche Honige, was a Schmarrn ist! Der Geschmackunterschied ist gravierend. So ist der Kräuterhonig, nicht mit der prallen Süße im Vordergrund, wie es bei den Sommer Wildblütenhonig der Fall ist! Die Süße der Kräuterpracht entwickelt sich anders und später, aber knallt ebenso. Trotzdem, anders ist anders.

This one is not as tasty and sweet as the one one I bought( the smaller one). This one taste bitter.And I thought they were the same because they have the same name aka raw honey which is super weird.
