this is so good for baking and drinking. i make an iced matcha with it and it comes out tasty. cant say much on the grade, obviously not the highest quality (it is listed as culinary) but if you just want to try matcha without spending a lot, this is a good option

追記 アマゾンで別の抹茶を購入し、相対的にこちらの美味しさがわかりました苦みがきつくなく、多めに入れてもエグくなりすぎない、香りは程よく別の抹茶と比べると十分美味しい抹茶ラテが出来ていました有機と言う事で安心感があります抹茶ラテ、緑茶程度の濃さで作って運転のお供に水とこちらとをシェイクorフォーマー、水で作ると渋みえぐ味が気になる。香りはちょっと青臭い。お湯で作るとえぐ味が無くなり爽やかに頂ける抹茶ラテ、こちら適量(小さじ1/2強)をお湯で溶き牛乳100〜150ml程度、甘味料、整え用の低カフェイン緑茶パウダー苦みの効いた薄くない抹茶ラテが作れ美味しく頂いています理想はリニューアル前の綾鷹抹茶ラテですがあれを再現するには抹茶フレーバーが必要かもと思いました好みのお茶園さんから直接緑茶を購入している母曰く、美味しい抹茶、と言っていました香りを最重視していた私的には普通の抹茶です

ちゃんと抹茶の苦味があって、美味しい。抹茶でも抹茶ラテでも美味しい。苦味と全体のバランスはとても良い。緑の色もきれいだ。自分はこれがが結構好き。

前々から 粉末の抹茶を飲んでいますが、今回は有機茶葉を選びました。安心して飲めるのって嬉しいです！
