    Great bit of kit.Ridiculous I know but I’ve fallen in love with my K5 Henry. I have had a knee replacement and was sitting looking at bits on my tiled floors. Not able to do much about them. Then K5 Henry came into my life just miraculously cleaned up. And ridiculously again I can watch him for hours. Great value for money, oh yes - setting him if I can do it anyone can. ❤️

    The media could not be loaded. I bought this to try out in my studio, which has an oak block parquet floor with a rough weave rug in the meeting area. I had read a tech review about this model, stating it was one of the best for a hard floor so that clinched it.On opening the box, it was fully charged and came with spare brushes and filter. Like a kid, I pressed the on button, and set it to work, before pairing etc. Even though the studio had just been vacuumed, the robot picked up a lot, almost half filling the collection bin.(image)When it finished, I paired it properly, a bit finicky due to the app UX not being brilliant, and set up a daily 7am cleaning schedule, on powerful mode, for the whole studio.At first, I did wonder about it cleaning around the 5 legged Leap chairs, but, as you can see on the video, it works its' way round them with no real problem.This machine is suction only, with no revolving brush, which works very well on a hard floor, and takes approx 72 minutes to do 45 sq m.It's been working for 7 weeks or so, with only the odd hiccup, eg getting trapped in between the legs of a big printer and a cabinet... it just switched off after trying to extricate itself.We occasionally use it in spot cleaning mode, and also clean our access hall (20m x 1.5m) twice a week, and we hardly notice it's on, apart from when it bumps against the hall door.This is a strong, reliable, quiet machine, which has done 1,776m2 over 54 occasions and 70hrs and has proved fantastic value for money.A real time-saver.

    Ok, a little frustrated.Have a new OKP K5, which I am happy with in principle (Only had a couple of days)However, the product comes with info/instructions which I found confusing.One QR suggested Smart Life, another the OKP app, which I thought would be the best and most reliable option.However, I have spent hours trying all options to get the OKP app to connect to Alexa, but failed.I resorted to the Smart life app and was able to connect to Alexa easily, having linked the Smart app to Alexa.The issue is that by using the smart life app, you lose all the benefits afforded by the seemingly competant OKP app.Rather than having to find and use the get around, why cant the manufacturer just update the app?Other than that, the build quality seems good and the filteration/waste compartment well designed.

    The vacuum cleaner worked fine to start with but after a few months I started finding it marooned around my flat in random places having seemingly got lost and run out of battery.After this became more frequent I decided to observe it working and it became apparent that the battery life had depleted, hence it just stopping mid clean.

    Apparently, the brushes are standardized in the fitting. I had to trim the length, but they fit another vacuum that didn't have replacement brushes available!
