This is a really good and well thought out daily exercise tracker. The quality of the diary is a lot better than I had anticipated it to be and it has a premium look and feel to it. The outer cover has been manufactured from PU leather and is embossed with the words 'Fitness Log Book'. The company logo is also neatly printed on the base of the front cover. Inside the quality of the paper is really good and it feels genuinely nice to write on with the paper being neither too thick, nor too thin. There are 120 pages in total with each page laid out so you are able to track up to 10 exercises across 6 sets or reps. There is a small section for notes at the base of each page so you can add any other additional info you may wish. You can also set your own goals and track your progress against each one although I didn't personally use this page, preferring instead to concentrate on what I achieved each day. The layout of the book is clear and simple to understand and therefore easy to follow and complete each day. The diary will allow you to track progress for up to 35 weeks. I am a little unsure why this random number of weeks and I would have preferred it to allow me to track an entire year to see my full progress, but it's a small compliant for what is otherwise a brilliant fitness tracking diary. One star removed purely for the aforementioned point otherwise all good.

This book has quickly become an essential part of my fitness routine! It’s well-designed, making it super easy to track my workouts, sets, reps, and progress over time. The layout is clear and organised, with plenty of space to write down all the details of each session.Typically I go for a cheaper option but the durable cover and quality paper mean it can withstand being tossed in my gym bag day after day without falling apart. It’s small enough to be portable but still large enough to write comfortably.It’s helped me stay on track and see how far I’ve come in my fitness journey. Highly recommend! 💪📓

I’ve been using the Gorilla Fit daily workout log book for a few weeks now, and I’m genuinely impressed! It’s got a super clear layout that makes tracking my workouts a breeze, with easy-to-read fonts and plenty of space. I especially love the workout tracker pages – the space for 6 sets and 10 exercises is fantastic! Every other workout book I’ve used only had space for 4 or 5, and I always had to squeeze them in.The progress tracker page is a fabulous added extra. I can track different goals like my daily walks, sleep, and personal bests with different weights. Well done to the author! Clearly a gym goer themselves, as they’ve thought of everything.If you’re looking to get fit and stay motivated, this log book is a great tool to keep you on track and make progress.

Full disclosure: I'm not what you would describe as athletic. Or sporty. Or even mobile, most days. However, I needed something to help me record what little activity I actually do so that I can work out just how depressingly inactive I truly am, with the aim of doing something about it.This book fits in pretty much any bag and is really quite decent quality. There's space for writing all kinds of things, including goals and whatnot, and the paper is not wafer thin so you don't have to worry about bleeding. Ink, that is. If you give yourself a paper cut with this thing, you're going to still bleed somewhat.I like the layout and the fact that you get lots of writing space for various features of the book. If ever, by some miracle or fluke of the universe, I managed to actually fill this up, I will be getting another one for sure.
