I’ve been buying these for years and they are great quality. Pure ingredients which is important to me. Ideal quantity of elemental magnesium with no cheap fillers and easy on the tummy.

I've only used them for just over a week and have noticed a huge improvement with my RLS (restless leg syndrome). I only take half a serving i.e. 1 pill a day, since the full serving size seems like a bit much magnesium for me considering the recommended daily intake for women. (Edit: after about a month, the cramps started coming back. I now take a full serving of 2 pills and it keeps them away.)The capsule is quite big so it's slightly uncomfortable to swallow, but I've gotten used to it.I do have issues falling asleep and haven't noticed any difference yet, although I've heard those privileges come with long-term use over several months so I'm not surprised.I chose this pill because I specifically wanted magnesium glycinate and this brand has great value and seem transparent with ingredients and amounts of mg. A lot of these brands don't seem to get the chemistry right which is frustrating and could be dangerous!
