The big numbers made me go, say what?I have been taking 1000mg Ashwagandha capsules for a year or so, and I find them beneficial, something that is backed up by my own research into the claims - and I always recommend everyone take the time to do their own research for any supplement as everyone has individual health needs.The second product image makes more sense.These are then 1,300 mg Ashwagandha - so yes, 30% higher than the more usual 1000mg tablets.The per-tablet price at the current product/bottle price of £15.97 works out at 18p each or at 2x, then 36p per day for a 2600mg dose.My current 1000mg works out at 14p, which means at the current price - these tabs are about the same cost per mg.However, if I were to buy 120 tablets rather than 90, bizarrely, at the time of review, I would be paying 28p per tablet, which is then uncompetitive.Which shows it pays to look a little deeper.

I first heard about Toniiq back in May but I never really took supplements other than omega-3 fish oil and a vitamin d supplement. I'm black so I've to get vitamin d even though I'm outside a substantial amount of time and live in Florida, I still think I should supplement VD to get adequate amounts daily. That aside, I heard about Ashwagandha in October and I decided to order from you guys because I like your story and I like what you're doing in the health and fitness world and I support it. One day, I might even be able to partner with you guys and support the company. I did alot of research on the product and mostly got it for the testosterone boost. I know that I'm already a stallion, but not harm in having a boost. I've never seen testosterone hurt anyone. The product was delivered to me on the 23rd of October and I started using it on the 26th. At first I didn't feel anything from it. I think that just because my body processes new supplements slowly. Very slowly. But then, the 6th of November came. This was a particularly stressful day for me, but that evening it just popped in my head to self-evaluate and I immediately noticed that even though the day was full of work and was arduous, I was calm. My nerves weren't on edge and I felt extremely focused on whatever task I had on hand. I've never felt this calm before, even though I meditate daily. It feels amazing to be calm but focused at the same time. It's improved just about everything that I do to this day and I think this product is a big contributor to my focus. I believe that the decrease in stress and the testosterone increasing properties of this product have helped me improve quite a bit in such a short amount of time and I see myself only improving from here.

I ordered this product and five others from the same company, Toniiq. I received the following today: Tart Cherry, Ashwagandha, Maca, Olive Leaf, Resveratrol, and Triphala. I’ve never tried supplements besides a multivitamin and a fish oil pill. Since I’m getting older and trying to get healthier by actually hiring a trainer, reducing my caloric intake, and making better life choices, I thought I would try these since after some research, they fit the bill for what I’m looking for. Although I am a nurse and currently in grad school to become a nurse practitioner, I not going to review these based on the effects. Seriously, I’m taking those 6 pills a day, plus the vitamin and fish oil pill, plus a blood pressure medicine. It’s poly-pharmacy off the charts so anything I experience is going to be skewed because I can’t be sure of what is doing what for me.Instead, I will review the packaging and the content of the “bottles”. All 6 bottles were sealed very nicely in plastic. Once opened there is another interior seal, and all were intact. I did not detect any broken capsules inside, nor did I experience and “chemical” smells. Overall the products look very professional. I expect to notice the effects in a week or two since it takes the body some time to grow accustomed to anything.So based on what I’ve seen so far, I’ll rate it 5 stars. The only thing I would like to have changed is how they are shipped. 4 bottles were in one box and 2 in another and there was not “packaging” type material in either box to absorb any type of shipping abuse that may occur.

Holy hell! The itching!!

I bought this along with Tribulus Terrestris since for a while now my mood and my sleep has not been the greatest. I have only been taking it for a few weeks and since it can take up to a month to start feeling the effects I am holding off on that part for now.I just wanted to warn anyone who is gonna take this to NOT use the full dose and also be careful you don't take other supplements if they also have Ahwagndha. I started taking 1 capsule a day for the first 10 days and felt fine, so I then bumped it up to 2 caps. At around the 15 days mark I got this unbelievable itching all over my body, but mostly in my hands and feet. If it weren't for the social restrictions people might've thought I was a crackhead going through withdrawal scratching so much in public. I have had allergies and a couple of encounters with poison ivy but this was awful in it's own right. Calamine lotion and Benadryl really did help much. Since I had not done any other dietary changes or others like soap, I only assumed it was one of the supplements. Low and behold I came here and read all the reviews of people having similar reactions. The funny thing is if you google Ashwagndha side effects there is next to no information about it, and of course proponents say there are none.I checked the other supplements and say the Tribulus Terrestris had 800mg in the mix so that was really putting me over when I started taking two capsules. I stopped taking it altogether and the itching was gone in about two days. I am back to just one capsule and will probably stay there.

Worked wonders for me in my stressful situation

My doctor recently recommended that I take Ashwagandha after my saliva cortisol test revealed both too high and too low cortisol levels depending on the time of day.... I was frazzled and feeling extremely stressed out as a Frontline Healthcare worker after a year plus of this pandemic and I guess the stress really got to me because it got to the point where I was barely sleeping or if I fell asleep after days of barely no sleep I woke often around 2-3 am with heart palpitations and adrenaline surges and couldn't get back to sleep. I was on edge, jumpy and jittery, startling easily to loud noises and having terrible mood swings, adrenaline rushes and basically became pretty miserable to be around. Thank goodness I see a good integrative med doc who recognized the signs and knew what to check for and he recommended this supplement. I have had great success with the toniq brand for my other issues and I take a lot of supplements for my chronic medical conditions. This one has been a real life saver for me within the first week of dosing my heart rate lowered, I began sleeping again I felt less on edge and now that I'm down two full bottles of treatment (taking 2 caps a day in the evening after dinner) I feel so so much more normal again. I can't thank this company enough for making great quality supplements and for keeping pricing affordable for the quality they have. I'm truly grateful.
