This blender was great when I first bought it. Very powerful and chopped through everything at speed leaving soups and sauces ultra smooth.However after two months the metal guard has detached itself from the bottom so its unsafe to use.I’m past return date so have emailed company for response. Awaiting reply so will update.Company have been in touch and are going to send me a replacement so can’t complain.Giving 4 stars for inconvenience. Otherwise would have been 5.

I have a weak wrist and this hand blender has a good grip I can use it in my right or left hand. The blade is easy to remove and very simple to operate it's also very light, Just what I needed. Nice quality, value for money.

I bought this product in January 2024, it seemed good quality and worked well. In July 2024, the blade detached from the blender, which rendered it useless. I emailed the manufacturer and they were really helpful and sent a replacement, however the same issue has now occurred with the blade detaching (December 2024). This leads me to feel the product is poor quality, however for the cheap price point I feel 3 stars is a fair review.
