I bought these as I struggle a lot with anxiety and needed something discreet to fiddle with when in public. These are amazing, I can keep them in my pocket for when I need them and they really help to distract me. Not only can they be twisted and moved around, but you can also take them apart and put them back together, meaning you can create whatever patterns and colours you want. Definitely recommend for people with anxiety.
