hydraulic brakes for ebike, mountain bike with wire pull brakes. Great stopping power, and easy fitting and pad removal. Well worth the money , and they look good as well. Highly recommended buy. Fast delivery.

For this price it’s extremely good compared to the ones that go for about £10 for two! The amount of money I was wasting on those cheap ones made buying this make sense. So much better grip on the disc and accuracy and feels a lot stronger and more certain a brake. Still yet to use it on the road but can’t recommend more. Learn from my mistakes and don’t buy the cheap ones only for them to be weak and flimsy, splash out a bit and get these!

These calipers will not provide the same braking force as a fully hydraulic set will. However, there is a marked difference with these semi hydraulic calipers and the original cable only assisted ones on the Engwe ebike. I couldn't lock up the rear wheel before, but now I just about can. The fronts brakes were always OK, but now they're great. I imagine this will improve further once the pads bed in.I've seen written elsewhere that these calipers can deteriorate after a year or two. There's an internal O ring that can fail and allow brake fluid to pass the seal. This is easily replaced if you can source the O ring. For that reason I'm keeping the original calipers in case I need to source a replacement O ring if indeed that is necessary.They are great value for money, aesthetically pleasing and definitely offer better braking. It could be argued that this could be that the supplied disc pads are better than the original ones. I have no data to tell if that's the case, but what I do know is what I have installed now is better than it was before. Very pleased with this purchase.

Came nice and quick and well packed. They took me about 30 minutes to fit and are 100% improvement on the standard disc brakes on my ebike. Really pleased with them and would recommend to anyone.

What a load of rubbish . Both pistons push together but only one retracts . This means one pad is always binding . Lack of washers which means calipers now how tight it is keeps moving corsing issues . Keep with your stock brakes.

Well, these get bad reviews on YouTube concerning durability of the internal "O" ring. Which is why I hesitated buying them.But having watched how to replace the "O" ring when it's worn out and how to bleed these brakes, I bought a set.It took me about an hour maximum to remove the old mechanical brakes from my Engwe L20SE and fit these cable operated hybrid hydraulic brakes - front and back.What are they like? Far more efficient, the annoying squeaking has gone and they look pretty cool!Do your homework first, learn how to bleed and replace the "O" ring and ignore the bad YouTube reviews....nothings perfect
