Great multivitamins, I like how they contain 100 percent of recommended and not more than that. Easy to swallow, no smell and great value. Neutral taste.

Arrived promptly and seems okay ! Like any vitamins you take them obviously with or after food ofc and a main meal preferably. VFM for 180 tabs or six months supple ? Yes ofc it is.

For a few months now, I've been taking these multivitamins with 24 minerals, and I'm quite pleased with the outcomes.Together with important minerals like calcium, magnesium, and zinc, this supplement provides a good balance of vital vitamins and minerals, such as vitamins A, C, D, E, and K. My immunity and general energy levels have both improved, aswell as my athletic performance as im getting the minerals that help my body feel good. The tablets have no bad aftertaste and are small enough to be swallowed easily, no scent but has abit of a texture to it, but not noticable when swallowing.It's a practical method to make sure I'm getting enough nutrients each day. Overall, I'm really happy with the product and would definitely buy it again in the future. I would suggest it to anyone wishing to support their health with a well-rounded multivitamin.

Gave them 3 stars as I find them almost impossible to swallow. Only way I can get them down is to break them in half. As a result I don’t take them regularly and probably wouldn’t re-order
