This wheelchair is a short term solution. broke my ankle and need a w/chair for a few weeks, it's not robust enough for a lot of outside use. Perfect for indoors. It needs to be pushed slowly or it starts to vibrate. But short-term use it's perfect especially for the money, it was cheaper than hiring a wheelchair.

It arrives fully assembled (except for the footplates, which I do not use). I broke a leg badly and needed something to use as a day chair to whizz around on my gound floor and use in the street very locally. i reckoned that for the price of hiring a wheelchair for #20 a week, this item has more than paid for itself as I have been sitting in it for several hours a day for 2 months, which works out at #10 a week, and I'll be using it some more. The solid tyres are a no brainer. I've had to tighten the brake mechanism a few times- not serious, and the back support is showing signs of fraying at the top screw points, but then I am 103kg, so for anyone lighter, it's ging to be fine. I do not see this as a serious fault. Better to sit down more carefully. A tip to fold the chair easily, which is not mentioned in the brief instructions- just pull the seat upwards in the middle and the chair will fold inwards. The front wheels have taken a pounding and the bearings are still fine. Great product. Oh, and don't run over the cat's tail, but it will appreciate the packing box...

Foot rest fell off from day one, feet rest strap has broken already too, you get wot you pay for, will be throwing in trash asap!

This is a good chair but make sure its what you need as if you need to return it you will have to pay the fee it's about 15 pounds

You get what you pay for ,Cheap and nasty, only lasted 6 months before bearings collapsed and the spokes started to break, we had to replace the front wheels twice
