I liked the way they were very easy to use, as I had never used them before. They provided perfect pressure to hold your items very securely for what you needed to do, whether drilling, planing or clamping two items together after gluing. Very good.

Despite the driver inexplicably handing over my package to a neighbour when I was in, the goods themselves are proving to be a fantastic purchase. I'm not really into woodworking that much, but there's always something to do around the house and there's always a need for more of these types of clamps.They're just slightly different from another set I got used to, especially with their release lever being in a different place than my other set, which has its release catch built into the clamping handle themselves. But to have six clamps in all, plus the other 2 spring clamps is an absolute bargain. The thing is, I had been thinking of buying another matching pair to go with my original clamps, but the price compared to these turned out to be a no-brainer. ;)The only problem I found was, where was I going to put them all? I thought about buying one of those tool pegboards, but instead thought to make use of a sort of huge stiff cardboard-like envelope — something that contained a monitor protection screen. But of course nothing fits when you want it to, so I just made up some wood fillets for the outer edge of its inside, so I could close it properly and its looking like it could work. I used wood glue, some velcro tape and some small tacks and it's in the process of drying. The only other thing I've got to do is to glue in some velcro strapping to keep them in place. But yeah, with all these extra clamps I've got, I can easily see myself clamping down books ( for their backing) in one room, while having a bunch of other clamps holding together some other job. :)
