The flavour is great — mildly spicy with a nice blend of tomato, peppers, and herbs. It’s not overpowering, so it works well with a variety of meals, especially fajitas, burritos, or even just on the side of some grilled chicken or veggies.Super convenient too — just 2 minutes in the microwave and it’s ready to go. Perfect for quick lunches or lazy dinners when I don’t feel like cooking from scratch.     We love this tasty Mexican rice. It’s a lovely accompaniment to all sorts of meals like barbecues and Mexican dishes. Our kids like it hot with cheese sprinkled on top. It would probably be cheaper to make it yourself but the convenience of having a ready made dish is worth the price.
